I’ve worked both professionally and personally with the branch manager, Ian Kimball, over the past ten years at U.S. Bank. He runs an efficient office that focuses on superior customer service, positive energy, and always doing what is best for his clients. Ian has a knack for hiring the right people, which may result in being short staffed from time to time due to his team members being promoted. He leads his employees by example and regularly goes above and beyond the role of branch manager to meet his clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.

Been banking with US bank for years with our three businesses and was SO impressed/grateful/happy with Ty! She is awesome and if you can ever get a chance to work with her, consider yourself lucky! Will go to this location just to have her assistance!

Charged me $7 to cash a check they issued then treated me like a criminal why they did. I run a small business and I'll never except another check issued by us bank. If it's the only way they can pay the bill I'll charge them the fee and explain why.

Worst u.s. bank branch there is! Do not deposit anything into their ATM unless you want to wait 3 days for it to be posted to your account, and definitely don't call and ask what is taking so long because they will make sure your envelope is processed last!

Despite being busy, the tellers here are kind and efficient. I’ve never had a bad experience- actually each on has been great! They even have dog treats available, which is a nice treat for my little one! Keep up the great work!

Set up an account, but never used it. They slowly withdrew a maintenance fee until the account was empty. What maintenance? The account was a string of numbers that was never accessed by any computer, except when they withdrew their fee. Then they tried to charge me overdraft when they overdrafted my account. Go Elsewhere.

I have used US Bank and specifically Ian Kimbal for a number of years for my business banking needs. I have found that the service I am provided is far above my previous banking experiences with other institutions.
