I always find it fascinating to treasure hunt there. The people are kind, and I return my respect by following their house rules. This is a wonderful place nestled in downtown, beautiful selection on jewelry and watches. Great selection on guitars, people should always come check the fast and friendly service.

Worst pawn shop I've ever been in They have 0 inventory they're very rude They only take DVD's and new Walmart instruments and And out of date TV. More than half of their ring selection was stolen jewelry that actually was mine I'm pretty sure it's just a front for laundering money I would not recommend being in this place.

Ace Buyers is a very fair and honest place to go to hawk or sell your gold. My experience with Ace Buyers has been a very pleasant with low interest rates I put my gold chain on consignment when I am short on cash at the end of the month. When I go to buy it back it is always a very fast easy and effortless experience!

If I could give them less than 1 star I absolutely would. Never have I ever been treated so poorly by anyone in my entire life. All I did was ask to purchase a mask and this little fella who worked behind the counter felt he had to over compensate for his unfortunate endowment bestowed upon him at birth. Disgusting customer service. Absolutely would not recommend to any one. Judging by the empty store front looks like im not the only one with an issue.

I would give this place no stars if I could. Extremely rude, very narcissistic, and conceited umm I think she was a lady I’m not sure but definitely wouldn’t waste your time trying to sell sentimental or expensive jewelry here. They said they couldn’t offer me more than $200 for a $5,000 gold and diamond tennis bracelet! Ha! This place is a f***** joke

The staff are all very friendly and nice. The store is really clean and has great prices compared to the other pawn shops in Eugene and Springfield. I’ve been going to this location for the past 4 years and have never had anything other than a great experience.
