Back when I used to be with US Bank, this was a very convenient and helpful location. The staff there was always ready to help and willing to speed through deposit slips for me to save me some time. I may have been just going at the right times, but it was always quiet and never too busy!

Horrible customer service from Sheena or something like that. I have always had a good experience at this branch but I will never go back!!!! I understand policy but her unfriendliness was just WRONG!!! She should have a place in the back of the office where she does not deal with the public. What a shame

I have had a checking account here for the last five years the staff is very friendly they offer coffee cookies and other things to snack on everyday while you're there doing your banking business. You can get a checking account for minimum cost of $8 a month and that includes checks and debit card I also have an account for electronic funds transfer for Social Security deposits it's only $3 a month

Do not do business with US Bank customer's, If a US Bank customer pays you with a check when you walk into a branch to cash it US Bank will attempt to charge you a $7.00 dollar fee and ask you for your social security number as well.

There was a mentally deficient woman in the lobby when I walked in, the moment that she walked out of the door the tellers decided it was perfectly acceptable to mock her for her disability. Classy U.S bank
