Very helpful staff. Vandi was such a sweetheart, I had to have a document notarized. I had a restless 4yr old with me and mentioned I had to rush back to the library to scan and email the document and she was nice enough to scan it on her machine and email it to me. HUGE help. Wish all customer service was this wonderful. Thank you again.

Garbage! Went in for one thing, got totally redirected to something I wasn't looking for! Then they told me they were going to call me. Which Never happened! Don't tell me you're helping me then not get me what I was looking for and NOT call me back!

One of the worst US Bank branches in the US. Incompetent and untrained employees. Be prepared to wait half an hour even if only one customer is ahead of you!!! Shame!!!
