This was my first loan. I was told by a friend to go here. That was the best advice ever. I received help by this lady named Paige,she was so kind and understanding, I must say truly the best customer service I've ever seen. I was approved in minutes. I seriously would recommend you come to this location if you want the best results .

Really bad customer service and they give you hard time trying to get a loan. They asked to much to verify you when you already give your info of your pay stub,ID, proof of billing address of your utilities, and all your job info. The cashier make you go back in forth to your house to get what info she needs.and still asking for more. When you already asked her what Else you need so you won’t go back and forth. But she still make you do it. Like seriously all that for just $250. So disappointing and bad experience from this store. I recommend @cash 1 or check city”so fast and accurate what they need from you to help u out get a loan. I will never go here again. No wonder why this place is dead and no one go here. They don’t take care of the customers and give you hard time.

On Call Cash is one of the best place to go if you need a quick loan. Thanks to Paige and the store manager, I was able to handle an emergency . I am so very greatful and I appreciate the kind service ☺️☺️

Have been using On Call Cash from time to time for the last 2.5 - 3 years. Have had the best service EVERY visit at MULTIPLE locations. I only recommend On Call Cash to friends that are in need. Bonus, Terri is a sweetheart and really makes you feel like your not another transaction. She rocks!

I’ve been a customer of this store for a few years now. I must say Terri is by far the nicest most helpful and understanding manager I’ve ever dealt with. She’s very honest and straight up. There are times where I got in a bind but as long as I kept in touch and not ignore her, she always worked with me. Thank you Terri😊

I would give it zero stars if I could. I went on my lunch break to get a payday loan and already provided the documents needed via email before I arrived. Once I got there a representative by the name of Paige whom I spoke to on the phone as well got my application setup. I honestly don't completely blame her for the situation because she did express that she was new. Not only did it take 45 minutes to process everything, but they also run a hard pull on your credit. She had to get "approval" I'm assuming from her manager whom she was going back and forth on the phone. When it finally came down to the decision to approve the loan she told me it was denied because of a recent charge off I had on my credit. This is also understandable but I didn't need to wait almost an hour and get in trouble at my job for being late back to work all to be told no. You guys need better management and training for faster results and or approval for your customers. It should have never taken that long, the majority of loan companies take 25 mins at most. And the process should have been faster because I already submitted my documents before I even arrived.

Look, you need quick cash for whatever life situation you are in, this is the place to go. They understand and listen to you and aren’t just trying to rob you through interest. They REALLY DO HELP. TIANNA IS FLAWLESS and makes the process so easy. From applying for the loan and paying it off, she makes it so effortless! I’m 100% sure this location is a reflection of the kind of people they employ. They are just friendly and helpful. Let me just tell you how great my experience was from this store, i spoken to an young lady who was located at another store. Who asked me to come and speak to her whenever i did decide to come in to the store to get my title loan. We talked on the phone like no other loan company, at the end of this phone call she made sure i knew what i need it to bring in, that is a plus. Also made sure i got the address and phone number that's a plus, needless to say when you have a person that keep an smile and laughs and give awesome customer service automatically qualified to be the best of the best.
