    Today I came to make a deposit at the drive through. After sending my deposit via the chute, I waited over 10 minutes before the rep acknowledged it. Apparently, she was the only one working there. Service has really declined at this branch.

    I would give zero stars except for drive up window guy was excellent. I entered the bank at 9:45 am and noticed no deposit/withdrawal slips anywhere. So as I was the only person in the bank I stepped between the ropes to be helped. The two women totally ignored me while they shuffled small pieces of paperwork. There were other bank personnel in the bank but no one said a word. Not even a “Good Morning ”. Chase bank personnel always greet you. I just stood in line alone and no one advised me otherwise. I am a 60 year old African American woman neatly dressed coming in to make a withdrawal. I don’t have a debit card for this account and decided to go inside and maybe speak to someone about other services. The bulk of my money is in this bank. But now I think I may remove it and take it to Chase where I am always treated very well and receive great service. I just can’t believe NOT one person said good morning or we will be with you in a moment. What’s going on there? So rude. Guess I will go to another branch to handle my African American business. I hate to go there but after handling my withdrawal at the drive up window I sat in the parking lot and watched others enter the bank and receive service. So sad.I will be sure to pass this on to friends and relatives of color.

    This bank is TRASH!!! A banker in the window gave me misinformation about when my deposit would be available. She was laughing with her male coworker before getting on the speaker and telling me when my funds would be available. I don’t think it’s professional to be laughing when dealing with someone’s money. I’ll most definitely be contacting the Federal reserve and I’m giving them the names of the tellers and bankers.

    Oriental guy was very, unknowledgeable, rude, disgraceful and VERY unprossfessional teller I've ever dealt with. I will be reporting to BBB and corporate office. NO customer should be treated like I was. Lastly, a woman teller misinformed me about money gram money orders. Tellers need more training!! If you don't know ask a manager, DON'T give wrong information!!!! Now, I no longer want to bank with US bank and I won't.

    They don't answer their phone; it just rings endlessly. How does a bank not even have an answering machine?!

    I am going to have to change my bank. Spending 15 min at the drive thru with only two cars ahead and only ONE person working is unacceptable. That employee and customers deserve better than what US Bank offers.

    This lady put me on hold for about 30ish minutes and when I tired calling them back no one picked up, really bad service

    We have had a very positive experience working with this bank branch, even during a time when in-person services have been limited. We were able to get a new account opened on-line, and had great help from the local branch manager talking us through the process and helping us with getting everything in place after the account was opened. I'm really grateful for the caring personal service we received!
