Was picking up my package from UPS since they are an access point. Tried Friday and Saturday and arrived 15 minutes before closing time (as Google said for hours) and the facility was closed. There was no sign present that informed of early closure. I called Friday and the person that answered said they would be there until 6 PM Friday and 5PM Saturday. Why post your hours online if you’re not going to respect it or at least have an update on the door?

What a wonderful couple! They truly take their time making every client feel important no matter how small the transaction and are extremely sympathetic and give you a very fair deal. Highly recommended. Very honest, very kind, friendly and hard working couple. Will definitely be back and this is without a doubt a place you can trust.

I had a exceptional experience here. I have never pawned an item before and was walked very clearly through the process by the owner. Very nice lady. It is a very simple deal and the repayment was what I expected. I had always thought if I was to pawn something ever it was going to leave me feeling like someone had taken advantage of me or that it was going to seem impossible to get whatever it was back. It was quite the opposite. Quick, easy, professional, polite and understanding I would recommend this place to anyone. Quiet frankly, I would suggest seeing them first, it just might save you some time. Just saying

I was in the market for a ring for my girlfriend and came upon A & B Jewelry & Loan. Afrim and Henriet were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and were able to find me a beautiful ring. It was very high quality and they also provided all the paperwork from the original jewelry store. It was a great price, and coincidentally, the ring actually fit perfectly. But had it needed to be sized, that was a service they assured me they could provide as well. I am extremely happy with this purchase and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I came in here earlier today and ended up leaving with a cello. The owner of A & B is very knowledgeable and prices his goods fairly. I recommend this establishment and am likely to return.

These guys are awesome! Great personality! They are some of the kindest people i've met. Everytime they are suppose to close they wait for me! I can tell they love doing this for fun. You never know what your going to find!

Came in today to receive a loan and Afrim, the owner was very fair and did thorough research in looking at the watch I had. He gave me a great price and was very kind throughout my time here and we even cracked some jokes!! He made sure that the amount of the loan was accurate and gave us input and knowledge as to how the process takes place. He was accommodating and sincere throughout the whole process and I couldn’t be happier with the way things turned out!! All you can ask for in a Pawn Shop. Staff is great and super friendly. I got a great guitar for my cousin to help rekindle his soul and creativity. There is free parking in the front. Would definitely come by over and over again.

I’ve had a loan with them for some months now. Went through some rough patch due to COVID and they were really fair with what they were able to loan. I traveled all the way from Chicago just based on the great reviews and was not disappointed at all! They’re a very kind couple and I recommend it 100%.

They are absolutely amazing, the explain ally about why you are getting what you are getting, always kind. I went in to sell my camera and he told me he could always give me a loan which would stop me from having to sell it ( I really didn’t want to sell it , times have just been rough) and now I can make it to my next check and I didn’t have to lose my camera which I really love. Definitely going to be my go to place!!!! 100% recommended!!
