    After adding a 2nd ATM, it breaks, it happened in the middle of my transaction while depositing $500.00 and the power went out. It conveniently happened with my money in the deposit slot, called customer service and called for a technician because I was not going to move in case the money would spit out. After 2 hours the technician test but told me I had to contact the 800 number for a claim. Only to be told they wouldn’t let me have my money for 10 days and may take up to 45 days to get it resolved, mind you it was the Memorial Day holiday spoke to the branch manager and he didn’t care didn’t bother to help or look up my account. I told him I wouldn’t bank with them anymore and he just shrugged and didn’t care. They are being the next Bank of America, sat in the lobby and over heard the clerk making call backs to open accounts, they were more worried about new accounts then keeping their regular customers. Their ATMs are constantly broken and offer no help or sympathize with your situation. We already have a thief of a Bank of America now let’s add US Bank to that list.

    If I could leave zero stars I would.They don’t even deserve one. I had the worst experience there on the 4th of September. I use the drive-through ATM, I deposited my money in the ATM and it kept my money and my card. It was jammed in and would not let me push a button. I proceeded to go inside the branch and let them know what was going on but they were so unconcerned and inconsiderate about what happened to me.The banker Irma basically just gave me a card and told me to call the number and file a claim and there was nothing that they can do to help me at the branch. When I did call they told me that I would receive my money back in up to 10 days but ATM matters usually takes 3 to 5. Well needless to say on the 10th day my money was finally released into my account I went and withdrew all my money and close the account. They were so inconsiderate and not empathetic at all, could care less what was going on with me and my situation. They really had no knowledge as to what would happen after the ATM jammed.I would definitely not bank here if you were a person looking for somewhere to bank. I had late fees for rent because it took 10 days to receive my money that the ATM took in 30 seconds. I understand the situation was not her fault but at least have better customer service.

    Honestly this has happened to me twice. If u want to save your self a big ol headache dont use atm outside as it stays taking your money has happend to me twice now, also seen it happen to other customers its just not worth it plus takes like 2 whole weeks for them to give you your money back. So meanwhile I'm stuck with no money to pay my bills. And never again!

    I deposit money today with this Mexican teller she always ask my I'd Everytime I deposit money but the other teller sometimes I think he is a manager never ask my I'd I'm just curious with this lady teller if is it necessary for her to ask me what do I do for living

    This the absolute worst branch ever..... ATM ate my card.... Asked a representative to help, they told me I have to get my card replaced.... Because they don't deal with their ATM... It's a 3rd party vendor.....

    If I could give them negative stars I would definitely do that, I never been treated as rude as I was treated by this branch manager. The branch manager was rude, disrespectful, amlnd did not have any types of Interpersonal communication skills at all. If you are Black don't expect anything close to customer service from this branch, the branch manager is the reason why I closed my account with U.S. Bank. If the branch manager is a representative of what this company stands for I implore EVERYONE CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY AND BOYCOTT!!!!!!!!!

    Clean. Friendly. Helpful. Only been 1 time but it went cool. Great location. I love the shopping center. Its a one stop shopping frenzy on both sides of the street. Lots of food places when you leave the bank, ice cream, across the street is more food and Wal-Mart.

    By far the slowest of the branches in the High Desert. Needs more staff. Wait time can be 30 minutes plus. The atm needs to be fixed and shaded properly
