one star is way too generous for these jerks. due to the unbelievable, utterly gratuitous, bottom-of-the-barrel rudeness, arrogance, and unprofessionalism displayed by beck smith, i will never set foot into this branch again. this individual treated me to the worst, most abusive, highly inappropriate, insulting, and horrendous service i have ever experienced at any bank anywhere in the world. also painfully noticed same as other reviews: this place is slow, slow, slow as hell. they brazenly waste their customer's time without a second thought.

I opened a business account and forgot to pay my initial deposit on the same day. Banker from rohnert park called me next day and said if you don’t make the initial deposit I have to close your account.
