    I have been with this bank for over 4 years and I have literally never had an issue. The service was always quick and courteous, and they got whatever I needed done almost immediately. I do most of my banking online but I visit this branch sometimes and they treat you just the same if there's $100 in your account or $100,000. I would highly recommend US Bank and I don't plan on changing banks anytime soon.

    Lousey hours...close at 4pm. Pfft.... .I agree with your reply for some transactions. If you have a safety deposit box or have other non on-line banking needs your hours are not customer friendly for the working customers. Extended hours would be more customer centric.

    I have been trying to make change to my account for almost a month now. The manager Carlos has not been helpful, then goes on vacation for 2 weeks leaving me stranded. I tried to make progress with the team at the branch and they were even worse. I was told I would be called back multiple times and never was. Stay away from this branch and U.S. bank all together. Terrible customer service.

    I went in to update my legal last name. It was pretty quick and easy - unfortunately, he didn't change anything and I had to pretty much do it all over again. :(

    Worst US Bank ever!!! We were second in line at the drive-thru and the woman in front of us was being waited on when we pulled up. It took us over a half an hour from the time we pulled behind her until we were done and able to finally leave. All we were doing was cashing one little check. It was signed, had our account number written under the signature and we sent in the driver's license with it. There was no reason for this kind of delay. We will never return to this drive-thru and we're considering changing to Chase bank. This place is pathetic...no excuse possible for this kind of incompetence!!

    Aside from a few friendly tellers, this bank is pretty much terrible. The retail shop I manage uses this bank and I am hoping we change banks very soon. They have miscounted deposits and posted incorrect amounts numerous times and every time I get change, about 50% of the coin rolls I get are short coins or have Canadian coins in them which the bank will not take back and exchange for us. I got one roll of quarters there that was $2.75. How do you not see that?? When I informed a manager about that he didn't seem too concerned about it and said something like "Well, by law we have to take the rolls people give us." That is ridiculous. Needless to say, I have to count my change before I leave the bank to ensure it's all there and all US currency.
