    Atm is never functioning properly. Not sure why I keep wasting my time to try it. Yet another failed attempt to make a deposit of cash. Update 3/3/21 Update 11/23/21. Night drop is closed. This has been closed for at least 5 days, but from the looks of the signs, it’s probably been longer. I sure wish I could give zero stars. Fix your piece of junk atm US Bank, you have more than enough money to do so.

    This bank used to be great but on the weekends they close way before noon. I was sitting int he drive through for 6 minutes before noon waiting and they already closed but everything still said opened. This is not customer service at all

    The branch staff are so nice and helpful. They have helped us get things done in a timely fashion. Just amazing!

    Refused to except a check my son signed over to me. Said he had to be present when I have the checking account and identification through the bank. Doesn’t make sense when Dillons will cash it and my own personal bank don’t trust me where all my money sits🤷‍♀️If a grocery store isn’t afraid to take the check then why would the bank be afraid??? In search for a new bank now

    Customer service they get a o have had them tell me to borrow money from friends because there system was down after standing in line for 20 pluse minutes.there drive through is supposed to open at 8:30am and here I am 9:21 and still not open!!!

    Being that this is one of only two local branches, you would think they would work to ensure that their ATM was functional. I have encountered so many issues with this ATM I've truly lost count. Once the entire card reader was pulled out, on more than one occasion, it did have have the capabilities to allow for any withdrawals. Also on multiple occasions, it would not allow me to make a deposit. There's been a sign up on another occurrence indicating it was out of order. Seriously, as one of the LARGEST banks in the US, please fix your ATM.

    I opened a checking account to get a loan sense the Loan I was approved for did not except CHIME BANK. Two days after opening my account Everything was fine then I go to log into my online banking and see that my user ID was denied and to contact customer service which I did and then was told after multiple calls to contact my main US Bank Branch did that then was told I had to speak to a branch manager which was gone that day called again and was told to call the 800 Number so I’ve been back and forth for 10 days now with a $450 payday loan deposited into an account I can’t even use!!! Can’t use my debit card and can’t even login to my account to transfer the money out! On top of that I have a payment due Friday towards a loan that I can’t even access!! I’m extremely frustrated to say the least! Customer service is friendly and the people I talked to at the branch were super nice but it seems nobody has a clue on what I need to do next. If and when I do finally get my funds I will not be banking with them anymore after this. Sincerely, A very unhappy Customer -__-

    These guys do not return phone calls. I have called 3 times in the last 3 weeks for the mortgage department. The receptionist answers the phone, says he isn't in, takes my name and number, and then says she will have him return my call. So far - no call.
