Mutual Savings Association Oak St, Bonner Springs

I love working with Mutual Savings! We have been customers since we moved to the area almost 20 years ago! The service we have received from Ronnie & Jennifer at the Bonner Springs branch is wonderful! Ryne Wheatcroft has been so helpful, knowledgeable & creative about how best to serve all of our loan needs over the years! He is great to work with! I would highly recommend him

Being a military family, we always joined a local bank for our day in day out needs. 13 years ago we started bank accounts at the Bonner Springs Mutaul Savings bank for ourselves and each of our children. We were NOT AT ALL use to small town banking! From day one, we were called by name, and made to feel extremely welcome! I have shared laughter, tears, and prayers over the years with the staff and feel sooo blessed by this bank!! This past week Ronnie went above and beyond his normal banker duties to help us out with a sale of a property out of state. I cannot thank him and the entire staff enough for all they have done for us over the years! THANK YOU!! JOB WELL DONE, Mutual Savings in Bonner Springs!

They give great service! The people there are very polite, considerate and truly try to take care of your financial needs. I have had only good experiences with them. I would highly recommend this institution.

Friendly Hometown service everybody is friendly and full of smiles, which is hard to find in a lot of businesses. You always leave feeling good even though they took your money lol

I have been using Mutual Savings for several years now. I love the fact that they know my name when I pull in the drive through. Each employ has always been helpful when I needed some extra looking into my account and always offer me new banking suggestions as they see my need. Overall, it’s a really nice bank to do business with!

Saturday hours are drive thru only. Lobby is closed. Heard that MSA had great service. Went to open a couple new accounts, but discovered no weekend hours for lobby and 9am - 4:30pm hours during the week, they are not open when most working people need to handle business. Disappointing given the reviews I heard. Got the second star, because drive thru guy was very nice and they at least have drive thru on Sat. Will be looking elsewhere - I need a financial institution that is available when I am available.
