Getting a notary at this bank is ridiculous. Training is sorely lacking in notarizing documents as sometimes they will notarize a document for the secretary of the company (a company that has been banking there for 40+ years) and other times they will not allow it. š¤·š»āāļø The employee who dealt with us, Cynthia Corona, was particularly difficult, both by phone and in-person. A very frustrating experience!! š

If the bank is going to close some services provided to their customers, before the bank actual close for the day please post a sign indicating the bank's intentions to do so. Today I took some coins in for their coin machine to count which takes maybe a minute or so; I was told it was necessary to close the machine 20 minutes before closing so the machine could balance. However, on Thursday I did receive wonderful customer care. Thanks

Service at this bank is almost nonexistant. Us Bank is becoming the worst service of all banks. I will move to another branch even tho I live nearby this branch. Very poor service and almost No training. Arctic Heating & Refrigeration and Jim Wynn

The tellers are friendly and service has been quick everytime I'm in. Even the manager will come out to help with small transactions if there is more than one person in line. I recently had a family emergency and they were accommodating for us as well. Thanks team!

Just like BofA. Nice people here, but bank policies are lacking. Canāt deposit a single check for low mobile deposit limits. Forced to change passwords when my iPhone fingerprint fails to recognize. The kicker (at 185th branch) was when they insisted I be charged a fee for low balance and had that āyouāre dead to me demeanorā until one of them came back and informed the others that they were wrong. Then they turned all buttery and sweet again. Is there anything else we can do for you? Yeah, grow a soul.
