    I hate this bank! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They are rude! Not personable, you ask for things you need, they behave like it's totally an imposition. The lady who helped me will be why I'm looking for another bank.. I wish the bank on Glenstone would have stayed opened on Saturday's. They're professional, yet very personable, helpful, and kind. But because of this Bank on Campbell and primrose will be why I'm looking for another bank.

    This bank is fine unless you have any problems or want to physically go to the bank. They have closed several locations in Springfield and continue to have low staffing and reduced hours- making it even more difficult complete your tasks. I have personal and business accounts and frequently they have deposited or withdrew items from the wrong accounts which will be fun for tax season. Secondly, I was a victim of fraud following the theft of my purse. I called the 800 number and explained to three people that all my cards, IDs and checks were stolen. They did not document correctly and this location allowed this person(s) to take almost $1,500 out of my account. They then sent letters on a Friday saying that they thought I was the one to do the fraud so they were terminating all of my accounts and services. After calling the bank (Which took calling FOUR days in a row because they don’t answer the phone frequently or ever returned my voicemail) they kept my accounts and said they didn’t think it was me. They didn’t want to close the account that was compromised and suspended my online banking during the process. They now won’t give me online banking even though the fraudulent account is closed. If I sign up for new accounts this will be the fifth debit card I will have in three months for my primary personal checking account due to all the issues they have had doing things properly. I hope you never experience fraud with them or have to work out a problem with something that is time sensitive for you

    This location is always very busy, which isn't exactly anyone's fault, but the service is spotty. You never know if the ATM is going to be working that day or not. I recently went in to get cash and they had no withdrawal slips available so I went to the counter and requested $200 from my SAVINGS. The girl said she needed my ID and asked how I wanted the cash back. I started to tell her and she cut me off to say, just give me the note you wrote for it (where I had written the denominations I wanted). She then again asked for my ID, after I had already given it to her. It took her forever for some reason and then she couldn't even count cash back to me properly so I recounted it myself. On top of all of that, she freaking took it out of my checking( remember the part where I told her my savings account). If you work at a bank, I would think at minimum, you can listen to direction and count cash back properly.

    Customer service is very poor. My wife and I bank here and have for 6 years and everytime it is like pulling teeth to just deposit a check, or do business here.

    Michael Wilson at US bank was very easy to deal with and helped my business out! He is very honest, thorough and you know what you are getting. I love their business credit card and the money I get back for using it. I would highly recommend Michael on South Campbell for your banking needs.

    So my Mom had stayed with this bank when it changed names like four times and loved his bank so I opened up my account and you know I love them. The bank manager is great and will actually speak with you over the phone incredible I know... Hey today I had the pleasure going through the drive-thru and Haley was my customer service rep and she not only made a deposit for me however she also walked me through the processes of my notifications all of this through the drive-thru incredible. You know if it were me I would throw a hundred bucks in a savings account here at US Bank have a direct deposit $25 a paycheck and that money is going to add up and then use it for vacation next year or use it for your Christmas money this year this way you can try it and see how you like it. I'm telling you I'm brilliant LOL.

    The employees of this branch will not answer their phones to allow me to make an appointment. I went to the branch after days of trying to get someone to answer the phone and waited in the drive through with my new baby for 40 minutes, finally made it to the window only to be told that I have to have an appointment. They could make me an appointment but wouldn't help me that day. I will be taking my money out of this bank and only using a local bank with proper customer service. Update: once I finally got my appointment, the manager was actually very helpful. If only they had a more efficient way of actually talking to a real person at this branch, then it would not be that bad.

    Great staff, but not sure if US Bank is struggling or what. When I say great staff I mean the 1 person they have working drive through at 4pm-close on a Friday! All 4 lines at this location have a minimum of 2-3+ cars in line all day every day. I ask if the bank is struggling because they closed several branches in Springfield in the last 2 years. Maybe they cant afford staff? *Edit Here we are a month later on a Monday. All 4 lanes with 4+ cars in each lane. No I will not call and leave a message for you to call me back in 2 days. Instead of scheduling a review follow up, why dont you review your staffing during busy times, which seems to be all day... It should not take 45min to make a deposit. Be data driven and find ways to better your customer experience. I'm positive you have a way to track the number of transactions in the drive through per hour. The next time I have to go through this I will be withdrawing all of my funds and taking my business elsewhere.
