Chris was really friendly and patient. He answered questions about the different loan programs they have and how they work. For a loan company, their interest rates are far more reasonable than other payday loan companies. I would s definitely recommend Check 'n Go over other Payday Loan companies who charge 400% or higher. Check 'n Go interest rates again are substantially lower than others rates by hundreds of percentage points. Check 'n Go is also very clean and presentable.

Mickayla is the most helpful loan officer I have dealt with. Especially since I am deaf and she knows sign language so she can communicate with me very easily. She took the time to explain everything in detail. Very sweet young lady and I enjoy dealing with her.

Dameisha was great. She was very friendly, always smiling, and made sure I understood everything. Chris was also great. He kept us (my husband and myself) entertained and laughing. We was only there for an hour as they were super fast.

Meg is the absolute best! She is an amazing person with an inviting voice that makes you feel at ease while she’s taking everything with interest! Meg is an excellent example of customer service! She walks the walk and talks the talk. She calls me every due date, and thankfully she does, because I am so damn busy these days. I swear, Meg has single handledly stopped me from defaulting on my loan more than 2 times. I may have to borrow more money to keep her around a little longer! Thank you Meg!

On Wednesday feb 13 I had the worst experience trying to cash a check with a temporary paper id. Decided to randomly call and was prepared to be told no once again but was pleasantly surprised to be told no come on in andwea will get you taken care of. Michaela was the sweetest and most helpful loan officer I have ever dealt with. She explained everything so well. I would highly recommend her to everyone. This was my second time using Cash N' Go, as well as this particular location. Meg was a joy to work with yet again, and very polite/cheerful, which stands out to me because most people anymore don't treat me with much respect due to my size. I will definitely use them for any related services I need in the future, and have already tried recommending to at least one person.
