I was called in for an interview at this location. Not only was the interview process interrupted, disorganized, and highly unprofessional, but so was the method of contact following. Chelsea Ruland, the new Branch Manager, reached out to me following this initial interview from her personal phone via TEXT at 7:45pm, well outside of business hours, to set-up a secondary interview for the following day at 9:30am. During my interview, I explained to her that my availability for this day was after 1:00pm, considering I had a meeting at 11:00am. Although I explained this to her prior, she attempted to give me 14 hour notice for a secondary-interview at a location 20-minutes away from my home, which after travel to and from would cause be to be late to my already aforementioned interview. When I reminded Ms. Ruland that I had a prior engagement and would be unable to attend another meeting in the same morning, she requested that I come even earlier at 9:00am. I then explained to her that it was not possible on such short-notice, considering she reached out to me in the evening, long after the work-day had ended. Upon her receiving this message with my available times to meet, she proceeded to send me this message: "Unfortunately, tomorrow morning works best for my and my bosses schedules. We are doing a second interview with one other candidate, but we're looking to move quickly on this position. If our candidate isn't the right fit tomorrow, then we'll give you a call and try to get something on the calendar. This position has been open for a long time which is why we're moving so quickly. If it works out with the other candidate, I wish you luck on your job search and it was a pleasure meeting you." Essentially, I was contacted from Ms. Ruland's personal phone number at 7:45pm via TEXT message, which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful, and when I was unable to meet her 14-hour notice due to prior engagements, she immediately redacted her job offer and began to send me more rude messages. I've reached out to the Corporate Office in regards to this issue, but I would like anyone considering to bank with this location to read this and think twice. Remember, make today a great one!
