Going to the bank is such a chore. I don't usually write reviews, but after the experience I had with Lyndsie, how could I not! She was so patient and knowledgeable regarding all of my questions and made the whole experience as easy and stress free as possible. The past year has been a challenging time for many people, and despite my initial grouchiness and concerns, she remained professional, provided reassurance and even made me genuinely laugh. Now thats customer service! Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Awesome customer service! Want to give a special shout out to Lyndsie Brown who took the time to teach my son( who is disabled) how to manage his accounts. The people who work here go the extra mile.

This location isn't even worth 1 star. I have used this bank for multiple years, and one day they just want to close my account with no explanation and withhold thousands of dollars from me and my businesses. This has been going on for 3 months, and i have yet to receive any of the money that was in my account when they decided to close it. I am beyond frustrated with this company and the employees (like lindsey) !!! Covid has put everyone in a financial bind, and now us bank thinks they are entitled to do the same.

Mellissa the manager recently helped me with an auto loan. Im so thankful for her time and help. Not only did she save me money by financing through US Bank, but she even called the dealership and helped me with some problems on the dealership side. Highly recommend this branch! Lyndsie was a blessing to meet. I was having one of the worst days ever, And she really showed me that no matter how bad of a day u think u are having. U can turn it around. For someone to go out of her way and be such a amazing employee really makes me love this bank so much. I don’t think I would be having a bank account anymore if it was not for Lyndsie going above and beyond being the best employee. Thank you so so much.

I witnessed a customer be completely rude and out of line to the bankers here, I don't know how someone can be that mean and aggressive towards them. I mean, Lyndsie and Vivian are the sweetest ladies and are so knowledgeable and funny too!! And they remember my name every time I come into the branch. This is my #1 choice for US Bank location because of them!

My name is Karen, and I have been a customer of US Bank for many years. Recently I had a difficult situation that I needed help with and Justin Long provided me with incredible service. He went out of his way to help me, and took his time patiently addressing the problem. Justin has helped me several times, and is continuing to do so and I am extremely grateful for all of his help. Lindsey has gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions. She is my favorite at the branch to work with, and look forward to checking in with her when I visit the branch. It's people like her that really make the world go round.

I tried to do a wire transfer here. Pure incompetence for the whole experience. First the lady took a call while filling out the paper work. She did not fill out the forms correctly as I would later find out. So I later called asking why my money wasn’t transferring. The lady on the phone said she was the branch manager and that she would help me right after she helps another customer. I’m on hold for 10 minutes when I decide to drive to the branch while on hold. When I arrive and speak to a person behind the counter they said they had a problem with the paper work. They didn’t even bother to contact me, I had to contact them. I talked to a teller and he pointed out how there were mistakes in the paper form needing corrected and that they wouldn’t be able to transfer the money for two days. He then said I wish my bank manager was here but she just left to go on a break (the same woman who said she couldn’t help me because she was helping another customer). At that moment, I ended my call where I was placed on hold for 40 minutes. I took my papers and left for a different branch.
