We just closed on our first home and were thoroughly impressed with Fairway Independent Mortgage and the Rueth team. I worked most closely with Dillon and Robbin. They were an immense help in navigating the complex loan application process, and I relied on their expertise to ensure everything was accurate and promptly submitted. They responded immediately to any questions or concerns I had, which mitigated a lot of the stress involved in buying a home. As I was buying in a highly competitive market, I needed a lender that could close quickly to make our offer attractive to sellers. Fairway proved to be the perfect choice - we were actually outbid by other offers, but the seller specifically chose our offer because they were already familiar with Fairway and their ability to close on schedule. As promised, we closed just a few weeks after making an offer and couldn’t be happier with our new home and the experience working with Dillon, Robbin, Nicole and everyone at Fairway. I would recommend their services to anyone, especially new home buyers.

After a referral from our Financial Planner, we contacted Gabe and his team at Fairway Independent Mortgage to explore the possibility of refinancing our house with a Reverse Mortgage. The information provided allowed us to make the decision to proceed. The process from there on was great. Their whole team was fantastic and made everything very easy. They kept us well informed as to where we were in the process and it was completed quickly. We would recommend using their services to anyone, and have given information out to friends.

I am a seasonal investor and I've worked with quite a few lenders through my RE career and I have never seen a lender that jumps in with everything they got so quickly to understand client needs. l love Nicole's creativity and outside-the-box thinking.
