Bellco Credit Union River Point Pkwy, Sheridan

I have been a member of Bellco Credit Union for over 35 years. I also run my business accounts and all my CD’s with Bellco. I have been to many Bellco location, but the management of this location is very inexperienced and very difficult to talk and reasoned with. Bellco credit union should be ashamed of this type of operation and treating their members this way. I don’t care if it’s only this location, it reflects as how your company operates.

The thing that is confusing is that they say this is the only branch that doesn’t have branch sharing and then gives you a map for locations that aren’t there anymore. Firing on all cylinders. 10/10 would not recommend.

I am SO TIRED of every single task needing assistance being SUCH A HASSLE! I have been a credit union member in Oregon since 1981. Since moving to Littleton and joining this credit union, I am FRUSTRATED and fed up! I cannot get in contact with anyone via phone. The menu of options is HORRID and then, being placed on-hold and then cut off after waiting 11 minutes. Being forced to leave a voicemail, knowing NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK! When I made a deposit of a large check through the drive-thru, I specifically listed where I wanted the money to be distributed in my accounts and that was IGNORED...and all placed into one account. I do not believe I can depend on this credit union and am considering closing all accounts and joining another organization with better customer service. Being ON HOLD each time I need service is unacceptable.

I just moved to town yesterday and Jackie P. helped me set up my savings, checking and direct deposit for my job. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient with me. My experience with Bellco has been great so far.

BAD,BAD,BAD customer service. I closed all my accounts and open new ones at canvas credit union. So much happier

Have been a lifetime member with you guys and I previously had underwent a series of employment difficulties, but I came in and explained my situation, and y'all were able to reestablish my checking account; so its much appreciated and I recognize the courtesy- so thank you.

My Mother was a long time member. She recently passed away. Jackie helped me consolidate her existing accounts and set up the estate account. Jackie was very helpful and sympathic.

I have always found them to be very friendly and not much of a wait at all.

This place is very sketchy & unprofessional. We were told we have to deposit our cash into their ATM. We proceeded to do this & the ATM ate our $200.00, started consistently beeping & had a red light. It never completed the deposit. I went in to let them know about our issue, the very unhelpful teller told us to dispute this with our bank. This makes absolutely no sense due to the fact that it is Bellco's ATM & our bank would have no way for verifying anything. Please keep in mind this is cash so there is no way to provide proof of this deposit. We call our bank anyways & they tell us exactly what I just explained above. Thankfully our bank is professional & helpful & offered to contact Bellco on our behalf. Essentially this bank steals your money & then tells you it's not their problem. Now, from my experience most successful businesses provide solutions to problems they have created or faced, this bank clearly didn't get that memo. DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY INTO THEIR ATM, THEY WILL STEAL IT & TELL YOU IT'S YOUR PROBLEM.

This review is for all their branches. Great bank for rates but customer service is terrible. I had a car that was totaled in a car accident and needed Bellco to fax the guarantee letter to the other party's insurance company so they can send me the difference. The insurance and I called multiple times to get that letter faxed and after 3 weeks, still the bank has not faxed it. The DMV finally released the title to the insurance company and the insurance company was able to Fedex my payment. They should be ashamed of themselves when the other party's insurance company does a better job at customer service than your own bank.
