So slow.. always long wait at drive thru. Myself in 1 lane, 1 other car in other lane. .both of us at window... sat over 20 minutes to make a small deposit. No customers permitted inside...why does it take so long? 🤯

My husband is very upset. All branches close at 4pm (drive thru). He is unable to deposit or do anything bank related since he gets off work at 4pm. We have banked at US Bank for at least 10 yrs or better. Seriously considering moving all of our accounts to another bank that can stay open at least another hour.

Since management has changed the branch has fell apart. Staff changes constantly. Service is slow at best. I have been a customer well over ten years and if they don't have time to help you. And then give excuses just because they are short handed. Looks like it's time to find another branch or better yet a bank.

I had an appointment to get some documents notarized. Chandler was the notary and she provided great customer service. The documents had to be filled out a certain way. She looked over everything with me, followed all the directions and was very patient. I really appreciate the prompt and thorough service.

0 stars all day at this location. Maegan Proctor is very lacking in customer service. I had to call the police on her at the bank to get her to stop interfering with me. She is your teller. My issue has not been resolved and it has been 12 days. Your ATM was malfunctioning and I wanted to get the situation fixed. I withdrew some funds and was not given the correct amount. The whole thing got very out of hand. I came inside and was with another teller. She interjected herself. I asked for management. None at the location while the bank manager was on vacation. So much happened and nothing. Not even my money back. Horrible location. I wont be back.

Ashley is the best! I was having an extremely frustrating time resolving an issue regarding my stimulus check and its deposit in my joint account with my husband. I live in CA and he lives in KY for work. I was incorrectly transferred to Ashley, after being shuffled around, hung up on, shuffled again, told I'd be call back as soon as they were available, shuffled and hung up on again, for 3 hrs. I was extremely frustrated, my anxiety was high, this had been an issue I've been trying to resolve since the end of April. She went above and beyond because others failed to do a decent job. There had been so much misinformation from rep to rep. The thing is, I think Ashley might just be naturally an awesome person, and it makes her great at customer service. Thank you again Lexington from California. Your customer service is amazing!!

They're always incredibly polite and take care of me. They helped me through a card theft scenario, and even provided preventative tips to avoid future problems. The branch manager, Jon Thomason, has personally reached out to me about my experiences. He even helped me set up my first account in Bowling Green almost 15 years ago!

Always have to wait. People doing too much in the drive thrus. Tellers seemed annoyed/tired.
