    Highly disappointed in this branch. I called this morning to close an account and the guy I talked to was extremely short with me and told me I needed to go onto my mobile app and delete the account. Completely unhelpful and it was confirmed when I called U.S. Bank customer service that you can’t close accounts via online.

    I have been banking with US bank for over 10 years and I’ve had it with this location. I have both my personal and my businesses accounts there. I have had one of my business account hacked twice now in a years time. The second most recent breach was several international transactions. The staff at this location are completely clueless on how to handle any of these issues. I had to call Arthur, at the Germantown branch to actually help with the situation; he knew exactly what to do and what needed to be credited to my account. After calling back today to talk with this branch to credit more fees that should have been credited but, were not, Aubrey was incredibly rude and down right belittling. He said that everything had been taken care of. He cut me off several times during the conversation. I have never been spoken to this way as a client. I am strongly considering moving all of my accounts to an entirely new banking institution...all personal and all business accounts....that’s a total of 8 accounts. This particular location has had so much turnover over the last several years that it’s laughable. They can’t keep the same people nor, can they keep qualified individuals whom provide excellent customer service. I’ve had it with this branch. Do yourself a favor and go see Arthur at the Germantown Kroger; well worth your commute from Holiday Manor.

    The Saturday staff includes some of the nicest, friendliest and efficient team I’ve ever encountered at a bank. They make banking a pleasure and I appreciate it immensely!

    Absolutely horrible. Nobody will help me on the phone. I have had this bank account for two weeks and haven't been able to access my account online at all. I have called 4 times now and all they tell me to do is wait another 24-48 hours and try again. I will be terminating my bank account here asap. Horrible work ethic and not the way you treat a customer.

    This branch continues to be unhelpful in every way. They are terribly under staffed. Bank closed due to snow. All other banks are open. Worthless Employee work ethic. Move your money.

    Awful experience here. Don’t set you up with the best option for an account and instead put you in a pricey one... never banking with them again
