This is a bank. You can do your banking here. More often than not, there isn't anyone behind the standard teller area. The customers tend to perform transactions in a more personal 'sit-down' setting. This tends to make the bank seem far larger than it has any need to be. That's a design, and not a service issue however. Overall, fairly friendly staff.
