    Hands down worst bank I have ever gone to. I would give negative 5 stars if I could. The wait is 45+ minutes, the tellers are rude and the most incompetent people I have ever experienced. I dread having to go here. Every single time I try to drop off a deposit there is something “wrong”. I cannot tell you how many times I have been told there is not enough money just for them to count it 6 more times and realize there is the correct amount. Not one person who works here knows how to use a calculator or their brain to count! It’s so ridiculous, I leave here every time so frustrated with the stupidity that I deal with. Not to mention the teller needing my birthday to cash a check, typing it in wrong and insisting they can’t cash it. Just type it in correctly and there would be no issue. Seriously, don’t bank here.

    ATM machine didnt work for weeks. New ATM machine today had no cash. I get in line for the window before noon, service is very slow, I pull up to the window and the woman closes the shade as I pull up even though I was already in line. The service inside is always extremely slow. Their poor service has me considering leaving US Bank.

    VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Not even going to give a back story. The ATM is consistently down and the lack of training the tellers present is pathetic! I’ll be pulling my money and going else where.

    I've always had a good experience with the customer service here but this bank has the worst ATM ever!! It is EXTREMELY frustrating! This ATM is never working correctly, it is either not accepting money to be deposited, or you're unable to get cash out or it's down all together. With this being the only one in Lee's Summit, it is so irritating to have to drive to Independence just to put money in my account or get money out. Something really needs to be done about this. I've been with this bank for 20 years and am now considering changing banks due to this.

    INCREDIBLE Customer Service above and beyond. Brianna answered my call with a question about accessing specific check deposit images through my online banking account. She was very clear, patient & intuitive as she walked me through the process. In these very stressful times due to the pandemic, it was a delight and a relief to get such customized assistance.

    20+ min in line to see a teller, multiple people walked out in that time. No banker at a desk or in an office could care less. Rude teller tried to charge a ridiculous amount for a simple transaction. Walked out, called us bank and they had it done with 1 min (lesson learned). So this isn’t a us bank problem, but a branch problem. Given the rest of these reviews, looks like corporate needs to make some big changes because the current situation is not working. There is a reason why I try to do my banking at other branches because this experience is not new.

    There was a bank teller white chubby, attending she is extremely rude unprofessional and needs to learn customer service. I saw there was a new black lovely bank teller she showed more professionalism that of her trainee. I don’t need to put her name out there because you will know who I’m talking about.

    We have three business accounts with your bank and two US bank credit cards. When we moved, we were initially happy to find an US Bank near us. But, we soon learned that the customer service from this branch on Douglas in Lee’s Summit was extremely poor. The drive through time generally takes at least 20 minutes. Today I went inside the bank hoping that this might cut my time... but again, it took me 20 minutes to make a deposit! There were only two people ahead of me. Finally, one of of the personnel from the side office areas appeared and said he was sorry for our wait. He tried to explain that they were down a teller. I could accept this.... if the long delay were not the norm at this branch! WhenI finally got to the teller she asked me how my day was. I told her I was frustrated with the long waits and poor customer service. She told me that she got that.., she had to be there at work all day, Really?? She is the employee and I am the customer, ??? We are discussing moving our accounts at this time. It appears this branch does not respect or value their customers,

    I went inside and the staff was very friendly and fast. I could see there was a little bit of a wait at the drive thru. They only had three people working behind the counter when you could see they could easily use a fourth. Iam not sure if they are under new management or what happened, but last two times I've been there the people seem to be more professional, faster, and polite. My experience going there has definitely improved and I'm starting not to dread it like I used to. Keep up the good work! I hope you are able to keep the employees that you have happy so they will stay.

    The business I work for chooses for us to drop our deposits in the morning to this bank. We have tried to get it changed multiple times because our service is TERRIBLE. All 5 managers get the same experience. There have been mornings we have been late returning to our store and opening it because the service is too slow. I have one person infront of me and have been waiting for 15+ minutes as I write this. Not only is the service long and the drive through lady stops and counts other lines before she proceeds with the commercial line... (which might be policy) but in turn makes my business here even longer. 45 minutes just to have one fairly small deposit counted and MAYBE a change order is ridiculous. But ontop of my wait she is extremely rude. Us bank is my personal and I never receive any type of bad service EXCEPT for this location. As I wrote earlier I am in retail so it takes a lot to me to complain but when someone already gives terrible services then stops and helps another customer over you even though your WAIT has been long as it is and gives them great services and then I barely get a hello. Maybe she feels flustered or it's too busy but She just might not be the best person in that position.
