Lacy was amazing through out our entire process. She answered any and every question so timely. Her amazing Team was also so great! We loved working with Amanda and Brittany as well. I absolutely loved the weekly updates on where we were with the loan, but with Lacy, Amanda, and Brittany's amazing communication we never had to guess or wonder how things were going. I couldn't recommend Lacy enough! She has been a knowledge base for not only my husband and I but a couple of my relatives as well! I'd recommend her in a heart beat.

Worst company ever they will not answer your calls, they don't help you, they make you do the run around just for a question. I've never bought a house before and using them for my first time was the biggest mistake of my life. The Lacey Moore team have caused me so much stress and pain in the past 6 months and it only gets worse. Just spent an hour on the phone with their loan team just to be told wrong information and get no where. They delete all bad reviews to keep their stars but I will not let it go this is ridiculous.

This is an incredible team to work with. I was a first time young home buyer who did not know the first thing about buying a home. Lacey and her team took the time to meet with me and educate me about the whole process. I learned so much and when I say the ENTIRE process was a breeze, I mean it. And that’s with me working full time 12hr shifts and being unavailable large parts of the week. Lacey and her team are awesome! I have used them to buy two homes, and refinance once. Every time they have been the same. Super helpful on telling me everything I need to know, especially with refinancing. They are easy to work with and not pushy at all. They showed me comparisons between different options and let me make an informed decision. Even though it's almost an hour drive to meet up with them, they are definitely worth it!
