    I’ve been banking with US Bank since 2003 and always had a great experience. The Kenmore location is currently my home branch and everyone is always friendly and a pleasure.

    The absolute worst customer service on the planet avoid this bank at all costs!!! The robots behind the counter have no respect for other human beings at all! I will be closing all of my accounts including my business credit card because of this incident I am appalled at how I was treated today. ***UPDATE*** Everyone has bad days, we are all human after all. The way that I was just treated at this US Bank branch, by the very same person from my last experience, is the way I expect to be treated anywhere that I bring my business. I will be returning to this branch for the customer service I just experienced and who knows in the future the stars may go even higher! Very pleased!

    This bank has the absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. The people I dealt with were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Really felt like they couldn't care less about me or how negatively their decisions would impact my life and my family's. It definately didn't seem like they cared about their job at all, like they were there for just a paycheck. Times are hard, and they're definitely not making it any easier.

    The level of service from this branch is awesome! We have received great customer service since we switched from BofA a few years ago. I love their online banking and app. Stephen is great to work with. I call him all the time with questions and he is patient, funny and helpful. Nicole is a great manager and easy to talk to. I feel very comfortable when I walk into this bank - feels like a neighborhood bank where they really know you.

    This US Bank is the reason I am closing my US bank accounts they’ve been nothing but unhelpful. I didn’t have my ID on me and they were unwilling to really do anything for me when I have dealt with another bank branch actually multiple where they were always willing to work with me. The teller Janelle was completely useless

    How can a bank charge someone $7.00 to cash a check off the check holders account with us bank. They call it a service fee? The fact that 2 tellers that were helping me. Both tellers extremely rude. I guess you can charge people for being rude now. Lol So I paid my # 7.00 for someone to be rude , roll their eyes at me act as if I'm stupid The? It's money that someone has in us bank account. The worst service ever. I would never own an account at least not at that branch. Matter a fact I wouldn't open an account. I would expect someone I owed money to to have to lose money. God even Walmart has a smile and only charges $3.00 dollars. . I have never heard of anything so stupid in my life. Must be the only way they can get people to get accounts with them.? Or at least be rude for free. I am.

    I deposited a check on Friday because their customer service told me that it would be able to clear by the following day because the branch is open that day however I was then stuck without any money all weekend out of town at a funeral, when I called in to ask them about it the corporate office assured me that if I called them on Monday they would be able to push the check through and get me my money that day. However the two women running the bank refused to do anything to help me whatsoever. Making three bills overdue costing me $350 total in late fees. Christy and Christina are terrible human beings with absolutely no sympathy whatsoever do not go to this branch.

    I came in to make an account and I was not even greeted for the first 15 minutes. Once the lady was done with drive thru orders she than rushed me into asking what I needed done. Once I told her she automatically told me no and started becoming very rude and very inconsiderate. Snarky remarks, acted like she was “too busy to deal with us” when no body was in the bank . I will never come here to open an account again! The lady had long light brown/blonde hair, glasses and I believe her name was along the lines of “iyssa” can’t quite remember she was working teller Tuesday the 23rd @ 3:30pm.

    DO NOT OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT HERE. Every month they deduct “merchant services” fees, and cannot tell you what they are for. Taking my business elsewhere.

    My husband went to this location for a wire transfer 3/5 Saturday morning, he was advised since there was only 2 people working that it couldn't be done.... A WIRE TRANSFER.
