Chase Bank Ne 181st St, Kenmore

I had great experience with Mr. Kevin H. today. I went through the other 2 banks, including another Chase branch and could not get helped. Finally I went to Kenmore branch and got the help from Kevin immediately. Kevin is very friendly and kind, he helped me got the work done professionally.

Just waited 45 minutes for help to do minor things. There were 6 employees and 2 customers at a given time, including myself. I'm changing banks.

My Banker, Oy, called me on a Saturday morning to encourage me to apply for the SBA PPP loan. I am so impressed that she would take the time to do this. Terrific Chase Branch in Kenmore, WA .

I came there this Saturday. The person who were the cashier were really nice. Especially the guy. He really paid attention to you and tried to help you. However, to help me, he needs to transfer me to the lady who sit at the table in a small room. If I'm not mistaken, her name is Tifffany, blonde and skinny. She's not solving the problem. She's so cold and acted like she just want to get over with you. It was a total waste of time to wait for her service. I'd rather go to another bank. Person like Tiffany should be trained for costumer service and more banking skills. Otherwise, she's no use. Just hire someone else!!

What I like about Chase as a financial institution is: 1. They provide free business and personal checking account to veterans and those on active duty. I know because I have both. 2. You can download two years of checking or savings transactions for free into QuickBooks, Quicken, and Excel. Something that my clients who I set up, review, and train in those accounting and bookkeeping software programs appreciate. 3. They offer a variety of credit cards for everyone. I like earning 5% cash back in different categories each quarter like gas, groceries, Amazon, and wholesale clubs on my Chase Freedom card. 4. Unlike other banks, they are usually open real hours of 9-6 M-F and 10-2 on Saturday. 5. Their website is always working. 6. Zelle payment is easy to send and receive money with. Better than PayPalless. The only downside is that credit cards can be downloaded in both programs and Excel for three statements plus the current transactions or 120 days. American Express for example can go back as far as 15-18 months. If you are one of my clients that wants to start a file in the middle of the year, that doesn’t work. They need to let folks download credit cards for the same amount of time as the banking side. This location is convenient for me on my way to see clients in Bothell, Kenmore, and Woodinville. Staff is helpful.

From the line staff, business services, to investments and home loans this branch is what I needed every time I go in there. The service is thoughtfully dispensed and they take their time to help you out. I've seen this with every customer that walks in and as they handle the drive through transactions. They may be a bit short staffed but I'm convinced they do their best.

Don't even waste your time. Travis is so Unprofessional and childish. I've called 2 times and left messages, we were supposed to be getting a home loan. Not even a courtesy call back, that's so unprofessional. I will be closing my account with them. Try homestreet bank instead. They at least call back, they got us a great offer. Thanks Homestreet. This bank sucks. 1 star because you can't give 0

Regina who works at this bank....said she wasnt able to assist me because she didnt know me. If she would have said... she couldn't help me because I didnt have my ID and left it at that....I would have been fine....but she didnt even attempt to try....she didnt ask for my name or anything.... worst service I've ever received from Chase. Considering closing my accounts.

I was doing deposit drive thru and the cashier try to steel my 1000$ deposited 1000$ less than what I give money his name is Joe steeling money not a first time . first of all don't go here but if you do please make sure they count money on front of you !

CHASE bank has no accommodations, no plan b for virus pademic. 65 year old used wrong pin, account locked, cancer chemo, won’t unlock unless they come in the bank.
