I had an ongoing issue with a merchant due to a duplicate charge and they were no help. I called this branch because it was the closest to me and Catina was very understanding and helped me file my dispute. I’ve had this issue for 2.5 weeks and Catina helped me get it resolved in a day. Thank you!

Came to this location today hoping to speak with a banker. The entire location was closed. No reason as to why posted. Even the drive thru was closed. I also called to be sure. Online it says this location is open. Very inconvenient.

I opened an account with Tens of thousands of dollars in March. The check was local and from a big law firm. The young man who set up my account was very nice, but the computer system kept having problems and it took a very long time to get it all set up. They told me I could have $200 at that time to get by until the check cleared. They suggested the ATM to make sure the card was good. It wouldn't work. Went back inside and withdrew $100, thinking I could get the other hundred if I needed it next day or so. Nope. Wouldn't let me have any more and was informed there was a 14 day hold on my account. Waited out the 2 weeks and was then told I had a daily limit on how much I could spend in a 24 hour period. $1000. Can't buy furniture, vacation package,car,etc. Was told this would be 6monthd. Now lobby is closed and drive thru won't give me a cashier's check for my money so I can go to a better bank.

Have had three appointments with this location and they either cancelled or rescheduled without letting me know. I understand scheduling conflicts happen but I would like to at least know if my appointment time was changed.

The web site shows lobby open 8:30 - 5:00. Showed up and lobby hours are 9:00 - 5:00. Even the drive thru hours are wrong. If they can’t even keep their own web site correct, why would anyone trust them with their money. Update - Went back later and was helped by Chase Hodge. I told him about the times on the web site, and he thanked me for the information and promised to have it fixed soon. Told me that the people at the branch had no idea the web site was wrong. He then proceeded to give me excellent service and was able to get all my problems resolved. Excellent service by Chase. Thanks

These folks are helpful and POLITE! I made a mistake with a deposit, and when I called to see what could be done, EVERYBODY made themselves available to offer assistance. When they took my number, they ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK with the information I needed. Ms. Denise was extra helpful, and even tried to help me not feel so bad for the mistake I made in the first place! Who knew a bank could lift your self-esteem! These folks are knowledgeable, professional, and just plain nice, and are doing a amazing job to keep customers happy.

The teller couldn’t communicate well and she clearly didn’t care that their flyer was incorrect. She said, “it’s in the past anyways.” Well no, not really because if the dates are incorrect are the times too? Because even with the later hours you were late in opening. And since the systems were down and you couldn’t help me, when I ask about the ATM limit, you didn’t have an answer. I don’t get it. I’m very unhappy with the knowledge USBank is providing for their employees. They need to do better.

This branch gave out our account number and accepted a FRAUDULENT and FORGED check, yet the US Bank Fraud department denied our claim citing customer negligence. Not even considering the fact they accepted a FRAUDULENT and FORGED CHECK, did I mention they GAVE OUT OUR ACCOUNT NUMBER. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
