    Still salty about that Crisp fake $100 bill yall gave me last year that got confiscated by my other bank when I tried to deposit it. That money was supposed to last me the month, but since It got confiscated I was only able to afford a jar of peanut butter, a pack of gum, and a bag of ice cubes, and 3 grapes to satiate my hunger for the whole month. I still want my money back.

    Two bad experiences. We bought a house. They wired the money from someone else's account to our title company. We made an apt online to meet with people at the bank. The lobby is closed and it says to call. We did and nothing happened. We stood outside and they completely ignored us. This was so frustrating because then we had to drive through the line to the window. What was the point?

    The bank teller gave me some misinformation about a transaction which caused me to incur unnecessary fees. I didn't find out this was misinformation until a day later. Several days after this I went back to the branch and brought this mistake to the attention of the branch manager. He was completely dismissive and just made up bogus excuses. Completed unhelpful and unreceptive and basically said "well, too bad, we aren't going to do anything for you". I might still call one of the 800 numbers and put in a complaint with corporate or something, not sure yet. It was just a few dollars in fees and for them to not admit their mistake and make it right seems petty to me. The USbank branches in this town don't do a while lot of business, and maybe there's good reason for it? Pretty disgusted with the attitude of the people at this branch.

    Very helpful and professional even if your slightly frustrated. Great place to bank and very understanding when it comes to unapproved fees.

    I love banking with us bank. I hate that they closed 2/3 banks in town. I love their altitude reserve credit card!

    I have been with US Bank for 15 plus years. I opened my accounts in California and had always had a great experience. However, once I moved here the experience has changed worst bank ever in Utah!

    This bank changes hours so often and you show up after they’ve closed and they aren’t the friendliest about it. They also have poor line management. I wish there was another US Bank in town.

    I just have to say thank you! I am in and out of this bank on a regular basis. I am always treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. I have not always been in the know as to what needs to be accomplished in our commercial bank account, but they have always gone out of their way to help me find the answers to all of my questions and to serve and take care of my needs.     My bank lobby is closed, I have to sit and wait for multiple cars to move thru drive up. Costco, Home Depot, my wife's nail salon, state liquor store all open but not my bank lobby. In 6 years in this lobby and have seen no more than 2 customers in the bank at one time and now it is closed. Ridiculous!!!

    This bank has the worst customer service ever. I have been going here to pay my rent for several years now. Once you were no longer located inside Smiths everything about your customer service is not professional and , the employees are rude.
