    US Bank new no customer service hours pay day friday close at 5pm How stupid is that? US Bank charges a 36$ Bounced check overdraft fee than closes the branch when needed most from retail customers

    Tiffany Jones is the best at this branch by far in my opinion. I have a fairly wealthy 93 yr old/young friend from church that has macular degeneration & has to use hearing aids because he served twice in the armed services. He served in the Navy in WW2 and Army in The Korean conflict. He was upset with the service after Covid hit and the local Ralphs US bank closed. He told me of the rudeness of some of the tellers so I went and watched in the backgroynd and observed it 1st hand. I won't name them here and now.... But I would like to mention Jewel, a bright light & a one of those wonderful kind to the elders people. Miss Tiffany Jones has gone far and above with her brilliantly and pleasant attitude and thoroughness! Thank you Tiffany Jones may Creator's blessing's safety's and favor in this life and throughout eternity!

    If they can't change out a mutilated dollar bill for a potential new customer and be rude about it, then they're not worth opening an account with, period. I have a prepaid account thru my employer and had a mutilated $1 bill that I needed to change. After i used the atm I go inside and asked the teller if she can change it out, but the teller asked where was the other half of the bill? (Its mutilated money that's why I was asking to change it) right away she went from being nice to having a weird attitude then she asked the other teller or manager, tall Asian lady if they could change it. The Asian lady told me they cant change it and to go to my own bank to change it, since I don't have a real account with them. She was so damn rude like wow. Ha! And Their mission statement is "Our relationships are built on trust that we build every day through every interaction. Our employees are empowered to do the right thing to ensure they share our customers' vision for success" I guess in their eyes the right thing is turning away potential new customers to help them change out ONE DOLLAR and being rude about it too Funny thing is, I was actually considering opening an account with them since I have a loan account with them I just paid off and my employer has a prepaid acct with them. But after this experience I will never. They were so rude and c'mon it's a dollar, A DOLLAR and I know Banks keep stashes of mutilated money, I used to work at one. The one star is for the nice guy at the door who greeted me and still said bye. With that demeanor he should be at the teller window instead of those other ladies

    Had a great experience here. They should have a sign in sheet for walk in customers that needs consulting but that's a minor fix. I tired a smaller US bank in a grocery store which wasn't helpful. I was going to go to another bank but i gave US Bank one last try. So i came to this branch since it was close to my work place. Walked in and a gentlemen name Alex advised me to sit down until i get called upon. Once he was done with his customer he called me over to his desk. Never judge or any of that. I sat down and he was able to help me open my business account. He asked great questions and was very social. They were very busy but he never rushed me. I work at Att Marketing department and i can say Alex was very helpful and he is an amazing asset for the branch. Thank you again for getting what i needed to get done. JHP Dyncmics

    Switching all my accounts to US Bank after my experience here. Hebe, the bank teller really knows her stuff. She used all the current promotions possible to help me keep my account open without any extra costs or work needed from me. Goodbye Chase Bank.

    US Bank never fails to disappoint. I made an appointment, but when I showed up they had no one available to help me and we just ended up waiting in line and then shouting through the teller window anyway. We went in to add a new signer to my corporate account (I am CFO with full signing authority), letter of approval from the board in hand. They were unable to "override the back office" and needed to "send it to legal" in order to get this done. Their reasoning-- the company was registered with the government with "inc" at the end of its name but the bank account wasn't. Also, they've been our bank for over 40 years and this has never been a problem when changing signers. I know how to change signers on this account. Now we need to come back another day and they wasted an hour of my and another board member's time. I don't know what's going on with US Bank in the last two years, but they've really gone downhill. We are looking at other options

    US Bank in its infinite wisdom has shut down the branch during business hours this is not a good sign. I wouldn't keep a lot of deposits in a bank that doesn't stay open during business hours.

    I really miss the team at the Ralph's on Lincoln. This is the next closes to home. I usually use the ATM. The few times I've had to go in I've always had a hard time. I can never get done what I need to do. Even something so simple as exchanging money. Terrible customer service. O feel like changing banks.

    I great branch!! It's in a Ralph's grocery store, and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get served. And the service has always been friendly and helpful. Definitely my favorite US Bank in LA.
