    Worst customer service I’ve experienced with any bank, period. Account was “suspended” with no reason given besides the fact that I’m using an ATM too much? I’m undergoing a home remodel, so have withdrawn cash multiple times over the last several months to pay for things. Call customer service and they redirect me to this branch, which tells me I’ll receive a call by 5PM. 4:55 PM comes, and no call back, so I call them myself. I’m told I’ll receive a letter in the mail, with no other information. I ask when I should expect to receive the letter, as I’ve not had access to my funds for nearly a month now. The banker says “I’ll see what I can do. Bye.” And abruptly hangs up. Bankers name was Ana. Absolutely ridiculous. My finances are being held hostage. Have ZERO access to my account, balance, or funds.

    We had never been to this Branch before as I live in Woodland but the Woodland branch is closed on the weekend. So we made the Trek out here after calling and speaking to Brittany ahead of time to ensure the needs would be met or could be met at this branch today. I didn't want to waste her time, other patrons time or ours by asking these questions in person. She was extremely helpful and polite. Upon arrival there was 5 people in front of us and then many more came after and she was helping every customer alone as quickly as possible all the while still making the one in front of her feel fully satisfied and confident with what ever needs they had for being there met. We believe she deserves a pat on the back..or a raise ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😁

    Very friendly and helpful staff. I've used this branch for a number of years now and this is the best US Bank branch I've worked with and I've had both my personal and business accounts with them for 20 years.

    No follow through! Manager lied to me! I remember who is my bank teller. When you make a mistake...own up to it. I signed up for the checking account offer of 75 dollars after 30 days and they convenient ly closed my account before paying on their commitment! They make the mistakes twice in a row and I get penalized!!!

    The staff is friendly and always helpful. I would normally go with a local bank but ended up with US and glad I did. My experience with US Bank has been a good one.

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Banked with US Bank for 25 years and was treated like I kicked there puppy! The first trip in the teller was very rude and seemed put out by my request and I was actually refused service. Upon our second trip there the manager was just as bad. It seems that is the culture there.

    This bank offers nothing to loyal long-time customers. I have been with US Bank for over a decade, have been subject to all kinds of fees over the years, and there is absolutely no incentive to bank here. I have worked very hard on rebuilding my credit for years, have a great score now, and have almost doubled my income. About 3 years ago I opened a secured credit card to help out my credit. About a year later I get a call from a local branch US Bank representative that I am a good candidate to apply for an unsecured card. I applied and was instantly denied resulting in a credit inquiry when they are the ones that reached out to me and stated I would be ideal for this card. Now I am looking for a vehicle and have worked diligently for over a year to get all of my ducks in a row. US Bank was the first place I applied to- no answer. Still no word from US Bank now 5 days later. I called the branch and am informed that I'll most likely be denied. I have applied to large banks, online auto loans, and small credit unions and have gotten approvals at great prime rates for every single application I have submitted. My own bank who I have been with for over 10 years is the only one I have gotten denied. Now I am getting calls from a different branch multiple times a day and when I call back, I am directed to the 800 number where no one seems to know what is going on or why I am getting the calls. US Bank is so large with so many departments that customer service has really slipped and there is a strong lack of organization. Your business does not mean much to them in the grand scheme of things, you're just a number. I have a checking account, savings account, a credit card, and over 10 years of history with them and they will deny me at every opportunity they can while other banks that are essentially strangers are willing to help. When I explained to the rep that that I get offer after offer, get denied every time, and that there are no incentives to bank here, she was rather unfazed. I'll be closing my accounts this week and will be going to a small credit union where I can be treated as a person.

    Odd positioning of this USBank branch and within an Albertsons requires a comment similarly as my review of a USBank, but within the Safeway Heritage location. A line at USBank within this store narrows the exit footpath and for the common shoppers which seems to be trite. Safeway shoppers seemed to worriedly glance over at the crowded USBank lineway as their exit ways are narrower than normal which seems to cause a fire hazard. Gee, how about Safeway security in that location instead?

    Poor decision making by their corporate sponsors devalues the US Bank brand when placed in a grocery store to the level of a novelty. Shoppers at other grocery stores will wonder whether US Bank wants to earn their customer loyalty because they appear to prefer Albertsons patrons as defined by their demographics. A US Bank in an Albertsons store is not relevant to the grocery shopping experiences because it creates the clustered feelings of being at a mall by narrowing the store exiting paths for buyers as they turn to their left, and exit the registers. By being located in an Albertsons, US Bank appears as if they practice customer preference marketing. Customer preference marketing utilizes product placement theories which are intended to persuade certain people who fit a demographic toward purchasing a product, choosing a service, or opening a bank account; as a result, US Bank seems to imply that they prefer shoppers who fit the demographics for an Albertsons shopper, but not anyone.

    Use this Bank and ATM at your own risk. The atm will eat your money and then you wont get it back for 45 days until a decision is made. Lost my business forever. the staff wont be able to help you. They dont care either.
