This is location is second only to the Sunrise location in CH for rude, unhelpful employees and managers. US Bank is already a thieving institution in the way they tack overdraft fees on purchases that have available funds, only to reverse them if your willing to get into an argument with the rude managers. Im sure these all factor into why they are ranked 7th in United States banking institutions... avoid US Bank if you can help it is my best advice .

This is the nearest us bank facility in proximity to my home in Rocklin and from day one as soon as I enrolled online, they were calling me and making introductions, as my man Forest Gump would say! I've been helped by the manager, Derrick, very friendly and helpful as well as ALL of the staff!! I say and write this to offset the one review that was posted and I was taken aback by it. Kudos to US Bank in general and Safeway Granite Dr Rocklin in particular. Ex 30 yr member of USAA banking.
