The loan application and process was so simple, quick and easy. The rates were amazing and the service provided by Malian was top notch. She was quick to answer questions and get us all forms and documents. We truly could not be happier with our loan experience. In fact, we are now looking at refinancing a couple of our other loans with U of I Community Credit Union.

I have been a member since 2000. They always come through with the best customer service and willingness to help me with any question. They are my go to lender for all of the lines of credit they offer. I have moved out of state and still remain a very happy member and will continue to recommend this credit union to everyone. They won't let you down!

Greg (or Craig) helped me so much today in such a patient and kind manner. I am a young college student still trying to understand how to navigate credit cards and bills. He was so helpful in helping me understand the digital banking website as well as the verification process for my external bank account I used to pay my bill. 10/10 service and I am beyond happy with my service.

I've never expected a loan buying experience to be so easy!! I worked with Katyln and she made sure to respond to every question with a good attitude, even if they were kind of stupid. My first ever car loan by myself and I won't do it thru anyone else!! They even gave me a lower APR then initially quoted. Thank you so much! I love this bank will stay a customer for years to come!

I called fearing that I had a security issue. I did! Greg was thorough in his research and knowledgeable with suggestions on actions to take to secure my devices. Kudos for bank security, which did not allow hackers to access my account, and to Greg for his knowledge and wonderful customer service!!!

Mariska was extremely helpful and friendly… She explained everything in a way I could understand and made a point to call me when she had updated information. She gave me the kind of service that I’ve come to expect from U of I Community Credit Union. The representatives always go above and beyond and usually put a smile on my face while doing it.

The representative that helped me today was very thorough in answering all of my questions. He was also very helpful in simplifying what for me had been a very difficult change in one of my loan accounts. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give him a solid 25!
