Tyndall Federal Credit Union is the worst ever. This organization does not protect your privacy at all. I believe, they have on more than one occasion, given my ex-husband information on the balance in my account. They did so even after and requested they do not. My ex-husband was not on my account. Additionally, the lines are always long. This is not due to a lack of tellers but chose only to open two lines for some reason why - I do not know. No matter how many customers waiting, also did not matter what time of the day either. I tolerated this inconvenience but my ex-husband receiving info about my account balance was unforgivable. I notified management and those above management of any concerns and was told there was nothing they can do. Therefore, after 19 years as a loyal member, I closed and moved my account. If I could rate them LOWER than a ZERO I would! I strongly encourage anyone considering becoming a member of Tyndall Federal Credit Union to go elsewhere.

Slowest drive through just to help my son with his banking. Four lanes open. Been sitting here almost 40 minutes. Do you have 1 teller for 4 lanes at the branch on back beach rd? Open the Thomas Drive branch!!!

Never had a bank before, decided to bank with Tyndall. Went in, was ignored for almost 30 minutes and when I was seen by someone to help me open a new account, he was extremely rude. He did not explain to me how my bank account works, no brochure, or anything. Just wrote my member number down and told me to set my account up online. Very bad experience and that is why I’m opening an account with Innovations. Customer service really does matter.

I went in the bank today to get a paper notarized to enroll my best friends child in school. The school required a notarized statement saying that she resides with me. I was appointed to speak with savannah Hagen who said she couldn’t notarized a hand written paper and it had to have notary language on it. She Went as far as showing me what she meant on the computer. I asked her if she can print that out she told me no I needed to go to the library and type it or just go to ups to have them do it. I waisted my time and gas going to do as she asked only to return for her to deny my service by saying she doesn’t feel comfortable and I needed to go to UPS. I am puzzled as to why she would deprive a child of his education and deny my service because she doesn’t feel comfortable? Sounds a little personal. I called n spoke to the “manager” (John?) who was suppose to call me after he spoke with his disrespectful stuck up employee and never did. I don’t appreciate being treated as such as a customer. My services will be going else where!

I am waiting in the drive through line of this bank for about 25 min. As I write this review I'm still sitting here and have watched 2 cars go through. All 4 lanes are open. I'm not sure about staff on hand here but I am very disappointed with this banks service.

We go to the PCB Tyndall federal credit Union and every time I've gone in there I have Savannah Barton. She is Always very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. She helped me refinance my truck and got me a way better rate than what I had from Nissan, which in turn saved me a lot of money and interest! I recommend her as she knows everything!

Tyndall and one another federal credit union are two best banks I've ever worked with. They treat You like a family. I'm not looking for smiles and candy, I'm looking for business to be done and I'm ready to wait a little if necessary . I always get what I need from them so far and I don't care what other ppl say.

I love tyndall so much! I'm so happy I left wells Fargo for them. They refunded an overdraft fee for me and don't charge monthly fees like banks. On top of that tyndall deposited $50 into all their customers savings accounts after the hurricane Michael devastation. No other bank or credit union goes above and beyond like they do!

Everyone is always nice but goodness gracious, having a mobile deposit daily cap of $7,500.01 is a cruel joke. It should be raised to at least $10,000 and there should be an option to allow people to increase the daily amount.

I’m being a member for a 5 years now and this was first time that I had terrible experience with this bank . Went to the bank Tyndall on PCB pkwy ... the “lead universal FRS” Ruth A. “Helped me” she dragged the procces for 3 1/2 hours .... make me wait and keep sending me to lobby to wait so she can fit in more clients( I guess they are work on commission base) was very unprofessional the way she talked to me and handle the procces. Unfortionaly will have to change the bank for that reason. They wore good in the beginning, but not anymore ... 06/11/19 They never call me back to fix the issue .
