I used Tyler Lending Group to apply for a home mortgage. I was aware of the usual documentation required for the application; income verification, tax reporting history etc. I had most of the documents saved. I was provided an application, I submitted the documents all through email. The actions and responses from Kelli were quick. I followed her directions, included additional information, and it seems like in no time, we were buying a house and closing. I was happy how fast it went. I was surprised. It was nice on how easy it was to submit my information, docu-sign some stuff and get approved. It went really, really fast, way faster than I expected.
