Jacob Great Job of taking care of our loan process. Other than the email going to the spam box, you took care of us in a timely manner and very professional in every aspect. You were able to take care of our needs in about half the time that it took on our previous refinancing of loans. Have been a member here for about 8 years and I am always happy with the level of service I receive. I have even become personal friends with some of the employees. I've never had any issues or problems, even when they were going through a major renovation that had portions of the building closed for construction. I've even won a couple of their Facebook giveaways! I visited today to make a large deposit and they recommended I open a money market account to earn more interest on my money. I agreed and Jacob Concha took care of opening the new account with great efficiency and minimal effort on my part. I was done and on my way in about 10 minutes. To the management team: I hope that the "Member Days" come back now that the covid scare is over!

Jacob Concha made refinancing of our vehicle a very easy process! Kelly Community was able to give us a much better interest rate than the dealership's loan. This was the second car loan we've had with Kelly Community and we definatly recommend them and will use them again if we ever need to purchase another vehicle.
