This was absolutely the easiest, most stress free process of getting a mortgage. It was my first mortgage and I didn't really know what the process was. Everyone involved in the file was professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond to every one of my questions (by quick, I mean responses were measured in minutes, not hours or day). Prior to working with Loan Depot, I worked with another national mortgage company (for 10 months) that could not even get a pre-approval and repeatedly lost documents, required multiple appraisals, couldn't answer basic questions and didn't understand how credit scores worked. I found Jon, my loan rep, online and he was beyond great. Every other person involved was great. Highly recommend!!!!!
