Mike Riggs is awesome! He's honest, knowledgeable, and fast, and I always felt like he had my back. It also didn't hurt that he had the lowest interest rate of all the banks I researched. We closed on a home just one month after seeing the home, and Mike was there every step of the way, from getting us a quick pre-approval letter that strengthened our offer, all the way to getting the final loan approved. I'd recommend Mike hands-down and wouldn't hesitate to turn to him again.

I called Pacific Financial and spoke with Alex Ortiz who did a phenomenal job getting us refinanced. Alex told me we would be finished and funded within one month and thought this would be impossible. But as he said, we began our refinance mid July and funded mid August. Everything went smooth. I just called and spoke with Mike Riggs. Like other reviewers have said, he is very knowledgeable, personable and extremely honest. I explained my circumstances and what I was looking to do. After running the numbers and asking me pertinent questions, the end result is that he advised me not to refinance my house. The cost was far more than the benefit would allow. I was very impressed that Mike had the integrity to become my financial advisor and not a loan shark!
