My husband and I had an absolutely incredible experience working with Phil and his team at Two Roads Lending. We are first time homeowners, but Phil took the time to break down every bit of the process to help us understand each and every detail. He truly made himself available whenever we needed to ask him a question whether it be early in the morning, late in the evening or even the weekends. We truly appreciated all the care and effort he put into helping us have the most seamless home buying experience. Couldn't recommend Phil and Two Roads Lending enough!!

I can't possibly recommend Phil and the entire Two Roads Lending team highly enough. As a first time homebuyer, both Phil and Christine both made what was initially an experience that terrified me and made it achievable, approachable and simple with a friendly, personal touch. I never felt like a "number", no matter what questions I had they both took the utmost care and patience to make things clear and understandable and helped me to feel incredibly confident about one of the biggest life decisions one can make. I've been working with Phil Bukowski at Two Roads for years. He has helped me with obtaining loans for new homes and refinancing our existing homes. Each time has been so smooth, which I cannot say the same about other brokers with whom I worked. Phil is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He will give you options and guide you through the process. Although the financing can be the most challenging part of a transaction, Phil makes it look easy. But make no mistake, Phil works hard and provides top-notch customer service. I highly recommend him.

Phil is simply the best. We started with him many years ago probably before we were even financially ready to purchase a home but he was unphased. He educated us and was patient with all our questions. Fast forward a long chunk of time and he was there ready to assist us when we were finally ready. He met with us and reviewed all the information again without hesitation. He was honestly the guy we turned to for any questions along the way(even things not related directly to the mortgage such as basement repair). His team worked quickly to get our mortgage approved and with clear consistent communication at every step which alleviated stress. I recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a home and would not hesitate to call him again in the future. If being educated on the complex process of buying a home is important to you there is no one better in my opinion. Super trustworthy and truly cares about his clients.

The Two Roads Lending team was phenomenal to work with! My wife and I were first time home buyers with LOTS of questions and were able to walk into closing feeling completely informed and prepared. One of the reasons why we didn't want to refinance was because of the all the work that went into buying the first time (it was awful).
