I will 100% percent recommend Carlos!!! He was super helpful and knowledgeable. I was just denied a loan by another lander and Carlos took another look at the application went beyond, took the extra time and found the problem. Fixed the issue and just like that he approve me and my husband. He was on top of everything and explained the next step really well. I will 100% percent recommend Carlos to anyone. He goes on and beyond for anyone that deserves to own their own home.

On our first phone call, Carlos promised he and his team would make the process stress free. His team emailed or called when documents needed to be reviewed/signed. They kept me updated on progress and next steps. I made an offer 3/29 and closed 4/29. They really did make their process easy and no stress. I highly recommend.

Great experience for a first timer! I cannot say enough positive things about my refinancing process with Carlos and his team. The initial call he was able to calm my nerves and walk me through a process I was entirely unfamiliar with. Carlos and team were great to work with. Any questions I had were answered quickly and made so I could understand some of the technical language. As a first time home buyer, Carlos and his team were fantastic at walking me through a complex process: I was 12 days away from closing and Carlos was able to provide me a rate 0.5% less than the other lenders. Both my agent and attorney (who are fantastic) were not convinced Carlos could deliver, but Carlos promised me he would get it done as long as I held up my end of the bargain - submitting paperwork on a timely fashion.
