It is painful or impossible to set and check recurring transfers to pay loans within twin star. Couple years ago it was easy and functional and easy and you could see how much you needed to pay in the window where you enter how much to pay. You could see the scheduled payments. You could modify the next scheduled payment change the amount change the date. It used to be easy. They failed their own site. I've talked to them before. I've had their assistance before. And yet when I go on the site I still can't find the recurring internal transfers. I can't find it. That's a web page problem, that's not me.

Extremely pleasant place with exactly the type of accounts I wanted. The staff is quick and extremely pleasant. There is seldom very much of a wait. This is the best banking experience I have had from any place I have been. I am extremely happy I switched to them. Their online site is well designed and easy to manage accounts and money. They use a spoken code word when doing business with them to confirm your identity. A rather different approach that works well.

I've always been happy with Twinstar, but this particular branch is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and happy to help it really makes my banking experience much more pleasant. We are new to the area and so happy to find great service close to home. Thank you!

I have been with TwinStar for over 6 years on and off and currently I have had 15 bounced checks from my company that I use and they have been working with me on not closing my account and helping me with the checks that I've gotten back from the other bank and the dates to cash them I just want to say thank you TwinStar for everything you have done I don't know what I would have done without you while I was in brain surgery again I don't know what I would have done while in brain surgery if the crossroads Branch didn't help me out again thank you everybody

I've banked with TSCU for over 20 years because they have always provided great customer service. During those years I've gone to them for car and personal loans, and they helped me with an incident identity theft of and theft of funds when someone got my account number. I trust them and still have no plans to switch to another bank.
