Twin Valley Bank W Main St, New Lebanon

It is very convenient to have this Twin Valley Bank ATM at this location in New Lebanon. I have had to use this ATM on more than one occasion when forgetting to stop by the main branch in West Alexandria. It is nice to have this ATM when traveling east and need to get cash without having to use another one and paying the fees. It is centrally located right on Main St. (State route 35) and not another parking lot, or inside a store or gas station. It is an easy turn into the ATM from and back onto the road; whether departing right or left. This is accomplished even though it is not located at a traffic light. This ATM has been in operation for quite a few years, and even though it would be nice to have the drive-thru lot redone with black-top (that would be my only complaint), it is not really that bad. The ATM cash machine is up-to-date and very easy to use. Unlike some other ("newer"), ("modern"), ("digital") machines, there are not as many steps to go through in order to get your cash. "The faster, the better;" I prefer to get through the process with the fewest amount of steps. I just want to get my cash and be on my way. It is irritating to be at some ATM's for up to five minutes, "jumping through hoops" answering nonsensical questions (too many steps). And God forbid if you are in a hurry and stuck behind several cars with the person at the machine who seems to not know what they are doing! Every time (except on one occasion) that I have had to stop by this ATM, there was no one in front of me. I seem to "beat" everyone and am the first to arrive; cars always come in after me. Good location; easily accessible; up-to-date cash machine; easy to use; "in and out;" recommended for all these reasons. Plus, if you do not have an account with Twin Valley Bank, the "transaction fee" is one of the lowest in the area.
