Bad customer service, outdated contact methods, no integrity at all. Do not trust this place! A lot of these reviews seem fake or staged......... Now for the real reason why this credit union gets 1 star. I have auto pay set up, and apparently none of my payments for the last 3 months have gone through. To my own fault I wasn't actively checking my accounts every single day so I missed it. How did they decide to notify me? They sent me 1 single email. I read the email and processed another payment. The payment did not go through, but I wasn't aware because they have 0 ways of telling you the payment was sent back. Day air failed to notify me that I was 3 months behind. There is no way I can check online what is due and what is not due (This info actually came from one of your customer service employees). All I can see is that the "payments were processed." Which in anyone's mind looks like that payments actually went through. After calling Day Air to try and resolve the issue and set up some sort of payment plan, they blamed everything on me, refused to take any responsibility, and told me the only way they try to contact people is by email, or physical mail. They claimed to have sent me multiple letters. I have not received a single letter. Maybe instead, pick up a phone like a modern human-being and notify me that way? It is almost like they want you to be late on your payments at this point. After all of this, i sent them a 1 star review on google. 1 day after, my account was blocked, so I could not give them a payment. Funny timing on their part, they could have blocked my account for 3 months, but decided to do it right after I gave them a bad review on google. After paying this month's bill, i got another email saying ANOTHER payment was being processed, that I didnt initiate!! I want to pay my late balances, but I cant fork up 2,000 dollars all at once. They will have to take double payments for the next couple of months so I can catch up, but they wont even work with me on that.... DO NOT trust this place with your hard earned money or time. Once, or IF they let me catch up on my payments I will be refinancing with Navy Federal so I never have to deal with these people ever again.

So helpful l am leaving town for a few weeks and kept messing up the on line banking. Put it back on line for the 4th time within a month but explained it all and simpler terms . Thank you ladies

Day Air CU has been apart of my life for a long time. My Mom worked at the Wilmington and VA branches and I work at the VA. I just want to thank the ladies of the VA branch and especially Palisha for always being there for me. I appreciate it more than you'll ever know.

Palisha was so professional and I had the best experience. She is a step above the rest. I highly recommend Day Air Credit Union.
