They are incredibly slow and holding up the sale of our house. They're very unprofessional and not responding to phone calls or emails. I do not recommend using them for local home buyers. Terrible and unprofessional.

Twin Tier Mortgage made the homebuying experience incredibly easy and painless! They were on top of every requirement that came along, which ensured there were no delays along the way. With all the horror stories I've heard about the homebuying process, I expected something to come up that caused stress or a delay. From pre-approval to closing date, that never happened with Twin Tier Mortgage. Not one delay or issue, and much of that is attributed to them staying ahead of all needs. At every turn, they preemptively took care of anything that could be a roadlock. Highly recommended to anyone in the market for a new home!

Patrick and his team have been amazing through my entire process. They are quick and very communicative. They also do a very through job of per approving you so that you don’t have any surprises moving forward. Very happy with my choice of not only picking a local business to support but having them be who I got to work with on my first Mortgage. I honestly can not say enough good things.

If you are looking for a nightmare financing process then this place is for you. Let me first say, we are far from first time homebuyers. Secondly, we have always dealt with our credit union but on the suggestion of some of our good friends we decided to give TTM a try. Never, ever again. It started out well, Patrick Bola was wonderful... then our case went to Amy. That’s when everything went downhill. Non responsive, unprofessional, just a rotten experience. We literally scanned what seemed thousands of pages of info to her, for her to request them again. It was almost as if our time was not her concern. We did ALL of the leg work for her to just push the papers onto the next. There is so much more to our grievances but on the DAY OF OUR CLOSING, she still couldn’t give us a correct total needed. An hour before the closing, on a Friday off to the bank we go for the check. I mean, come on. People work. We all have full time jobs... it was bad enough I had to take time off previously to do the leg work for them earlier. Horrible. Finally closed, the concessions we had requested weren’t even in the financing. Too late now. Anyways, save yourselves headaches, time, and over all heartburn and please go to your bank/credit union that you normally do business with.

Went through them and utilized the VA home loan. They were extremely professional, gave me frequent updates on the process and where we stood, and answered any question I had, no matter how trivial. Highly recommend.

Mark reached out after I requested more information and after asking one question never received a response. Extreme lack of professionalism and would not recommend. Should train your employees how to interact professionally with potential clients.

Very nice set of people that work there. Always available for any questions that you may have. Always in communication with you. Did not really encounter any problems.

Pat Bola was great. Always had time for me and made me feel as though I was his number one priority. Even though we had unexpected issues come up, pat was able to turn them around. Reading some of these reviews I do have to agree that I feel as though I did a lot of the leg work for Amy. Tons and tons of pages where she always felt like something was wrong or needed more. Unclear requests at times caused me multiple trips to the bank. All in all, they got it done and that was the most important thing to me.
