Jackie from the collection department was so amazing you don't get to many workers who understanding and is willing to help you but she went beyond and above to help me pay a collection fee i got into after having something link to my card and not knowing that it was still charging for it , i got into collection but was to busy to send money order she made it fast and easy over the phone ,never thought paying money back that i owed could be so pleasant. Thank You JACKIE!! If i could give her a 10 star rating i would.

Worst bank ever. Management messing with my account that was a 2 day hold and made its 7 day. And it messed with my whole work schedule. If your a business I don't recommend to use their services!💯💪

I cashed a check there and had to pay because I don’t have an account there so they told me there not the only place that do it and that elmira savings charges $10 and chemung canal charges $20 to cash a check which is not true because I cashed checks at those places and did not have to pay nor have an account there.

The worst place to bank around. Monkeys can run a better financial institution.

Worst bank ever since the merger. Went from being great to beyond awful. Zero customer service. Just a nightmare.

Empower staff give their all to everyday folks above and beyond! Aside from the new location which the interior décor is in a class by itself, in our community, staff will do everything to meet your needs. It goes without saying, I highly recommend Empower as the way to go. I am an avid supporter of Empower FCU to friends and family. The quality of the staff's professional, friendly service is much more than you'd expect from any Credit Union in thee area, in my opinion. Equality and Diversity reigns! Empower remains as the way to go.

From my experience & that of others I know (going all the way back to when they were Telco) service has always been good. Friendly employees who have always been willing to help with anything that has been needed.

everyone at the Elmira Office have always been very helpful and any questions that I ever have had, have been answered fully, and of course, the rates are very good...would not hesitate to do more there in the near future...

These folks have helped me so many times that I've lost count... I highly recommend EFC.
