I would have to say I'm neither for nor against this company. I called to have my loan adjusted and the lady I spoke with said she would give me a call back in a couple days. (she did not) I called thinking she just forgot to with no results. However this was a while ago and today the response time I received was amazing! When I first started using Turner I was young and dumb thinking at 18 years old buying cars I could not afford would be a great idea. So again I'm neutral with the company.

I used turner a few years ago for an auto loan, thought of reaching out to them again this year with my auto purchase and Jacqueline was great! Informative, fast, and hassle free. Would highly recommend!

Literally go anywhere else. They hang up on you if they don’t wanna deal with you. Called them multiple times to get a status on an application just to be tossed from one person to another. They’ll say they are going to transfer you to someone who can help and then proceed to hang up. I’ve been trying them for weeks now just because they were the only option at the dealership I was purchasing the car from. If you’re a dealership please do business with another financial institution. Turner will cost you customers. They don’t want to do their job.

This place is very horrible no customer service skills at all they put me on hold for 20mins I called about my insurance and Veronica totally disregard my question and started talking about some thing else then when I redirected the question she had a attitude about it and hung up the phone on me I would pay not one red penny to these people no more not even with Monopoly money

Eva Flores as well as all of the other staff members from Turner Acceptance Corp. provided me with the best customer service. I was greeded by her when I walked in the office. She was able to explain all the rules and regulations of the services with great detail of what they offer at there location in a very professional and efficient manner. I am very pleased with there services because they are customer friendly and they are knowledgeable agents who take care of there customers needs and answer all of your questions in a excellent manner.

I have always had a great experience with Turner overall, but this location is by far the most consistent, helpful, and efficient. They always make an evident effort to make clients feel welcomed and appreciated. Every time I visit (it be to make a payment or to open a new account), they value my time. This branch specifically is committed to customer satisfaction -- with a wonderful branch manager Paula Morales. She's such lovely gal! I am a car salesman myself and I’ve been working with Turner (especially Western Ave location) for around 15 years getting car loans approved for my customers and never had any complications. I’ve also got few personal loans before and it was always smooth and hassle free process. Interest is also very satisfying comparing to similar finance companies. Moved office and changed address with out informing customers and then calls and complains that the payments are getting to them fast enough! Maybe if you said there is a new address to your CUSTOMERS, then this would not be an issue!!!

I took out a personal loan and the process was fast. I didn't have to come in, everything was done online and I was able to get the loan deposited within minutes once it was approved. The agent that worked with me was very helpful and nice! Great customer service.

Unbelievably terrible customer service and won't stop charging me for insurance I already have, but then won't answer my calls when I try to pay it off. This place is ran very poorly.

I applied for a personal loan , Never got a call ,Text or e-mail i try calling more than a few times left messages and they never return the calls. Very Bad customer service.

Today, April 21st. 2021 I must say Turner Acceptance, Jacqueline and staff are so helpful, caring and kind. I have worked with Jacqueline on three different occasions all regarding a loan, refinancing and a personal loan. She has been amazing with me, friendly and caring every time! Thank you Jacqueline, Turner corporate folks and staff with Turner Acceptance! 2019 Yuliana and Vivian so nice! In fact everyone that I talk to there is so knowledgeable and kind ! They take your car Wednesday September 1st , tell you , you have til the 22nd to get it back. This is your stuff by September 4th. Bunch of liars!

I had a great experience with Turner Acceptance. Karla did a great job working with me to get my loan and her customer service was excellent. I'm happy I got the approval and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good service, and professional staff.

Very professional staff. When I walked in the manager greeted me. She was very mice and knowledgeable. From the moment I called to inquire about their loan program to the closing which took 3 hours thats how fast and efficient efficient this office works Thank you Anais for your assistance.

Worst place ever they robbed me and stole my money and took my car and all of my belonging .. going to sue these mfs no I do not recommend them EVER… tomas is the worst acts like a fag.
