Molitor Group took a lot of stress out of the refinancing process. Josh was quick to crunch numbers to validate our decision to go in for a shorter term loan-- something I probably would not have considered without his guidance. We're paying the same monthly costs, but have shaved 8 years off of our mortgage! Their secure documentation submission site kept our documents organized, and highlighted what was outstanding. Josh and his team checked in periodically and kept us updated on the progress of our submission. Highly recommended!

The team at Molitor is amazing. We’ve used them for a mortgage with a non-standard shared ownership situation and then a refinancing and modification of that arrangement. These were 5 years apart, and the same team helped us and were outstanding each time. Their systems work well, they are on top of things in time and knowledge, and they are super easy to talk to with questions and are appropriate but not too high intensity in stressful situations. We will definitely go back if the need arises and strongly recommend them.

I can't recommend Craig enough! I originally got in touch with Molitor because I was thinking of getting a jumbo loan, and I wanted an actual broker (not an originator) to help me through the process.
