TruStone Financial Credit Union - Administrative Office Riverwood Dr, Burnsville

I have banked in this location for years, now known as TruStone. Mostly new staff now and customer service is no longer a priority, apparently. I came in to set up a business checking account a while ago, holding all the paperwork that my other bank needed to do so. However, True Stone needed more, which is fine. I have returned with more documents and enough time to do this. Five seated employees, all bankers I'm guessing, who could likely help me were at their desks. Two of the five were already helping other customers and the other three carefully avoided making eye contact with anyone in the lobby for the entire 20 minutes I was there. I will start banking at a different TruStone location now, hopefully with better results.

Been a member of this ban k when it was Fire Fly Credit Union, which was better until merge with Truestone. Just watch your money, or you will wake up the next morning with a empty bank account. The Representatives there is lack of knowledge, and some will lie to keep from doing work they are asked to do. It's business is more like a bank than a credit union. Just not of quality or value to even be a member anymore.

I have banked with Firefly Credit Union for a little over 6 years now and I can't see myself banking anywhere else. I also got my first car loan through them with an incredibly low interest rate. Their mobile and web banking is getting easier and easier to use. Also, they are a part of a network of Credit Unions so I can always find access to an ATM without fees. The staff is always kind, prompt and helpful. Would highly recommend doing all your banking with Firefly.

The staff is helpful in person but impossible on the phone.. TruStone is the worst Credit Union on the planet. I'm sure some people made a lot of money on the merger but the members (almost 50 yrs) lost big time. RUN don't walk away from this supposed Credit Union.

I've used TruStone for over a decade. I've stayed with them across three states and I have no intention of leaving, even living as far away as Texas. I've never had a problem and they're always available to help when needed.

I love Firefly! I bank almost exclusively from home (have been for months if not years), and for many reasons, the digital interface is the easiest and most user-friendly of the 5 financial institutions I bank with, including another credit union! My husband and I have multiple accounts with Firefly, and it would drive me nuts if they were using that netteller -- or netsyss, or whatever it is -- digital banking software!! Firefly's digital banking supports my aged computer system in many ways!!! Thank you Firefly!

I love my credit union and always tell people how much I love Firefly. Always exceptional staff, kind, willing to help, if they can't help will put you in touch with someone that can help. I've always felt like this credit union is always trustworthy and therefore love this credit union.

I have been with Firefly (soon to be TrueStone) since they were US Federal. They have helped me, and continue to help achieve my financial goals, and all of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will never bank at a "Big Bank" again! Highly Recommend.

Firefly Credit Union is always friendly and helpful. They take time to help this senior with "digital" questions, or simple banking ideas. I totally trust them to give me advice that fits my needs, not the "needs" of upper management. on Feb. 21? Ryan helped me and he was excellent at talking me through changes to my settings and following through with my request. I am happy to give feedback to Firefly, and can easily add it to this entry. OR, you can direct me to the place where I DO NOT post pictures but I DO write feedback!!!

It has been easy to have accounts at Firefly even though I live 70 miles away. Mobile banking has made it easy to do anything I need to. I have a mortgage loan at a very reasonable rate. I have been able to reach someone quickly whenever I have questions and they have been answered cheerfully.

I was in at the branch location setting up a new account. Katy Adams was absolutely amazing! Made the setup process super simple and easy, had my account setup along with a debit card same day in and out.
