I gave it one star because you can’t give zero! Firefly never took advantage of me the way Trustone is. In fact I felt protected with Firefly now I feel robbed. Trustone is as bad as Wellsfargo if not worse. Taking advantage of low income people.

Honestly the worst banking experience I have ever dealt with. Since the merge between Firefly and Trustone; I have been hung up on after 45 min waits, spend close to an hour waiting to talk to someone, couldn't access my funds for over a week. I am very displeased.

I always have a great experience when I come in. Super friendly staff who remember my name. They helped me with my finances to raise my credit score. They also will sit down and help me with any questions I have. Every location in the cities I've gone to has been this way and I'm glad this is my credit union.

I'm so glad I opened my accounts here. Any time I have a problem or need anything I just call or email them and they do their best to accommodate me. I especially appreciate Alyssa who works here. She is great and truly goes above an beyond to help me out. I appreciate everyone who works here.

What happened to getting a rep on the line almost immediately when it was Firefly? Let's waste hours trying to talk with Trustone. No one knows anything... Except I'll transfer you to a specialist.... Then the line is disconnected a minute later. And how about the set interest rate on your credit card. Oh, but the replacement card letter (because of a faulty chip) states your new card has a variable rate. How can this happen? Maybe someone should find a lawyer and ask some questions. Trustone doesn't deserve one star. A bunch of BS....sorry for any inconveniences....blah blah blah.

It was frustrating for me to arrive at the bank this morning to a closed drive through. Especially with posted hours on the front door that say “drive-through hours M-F 8 AM -6PM” and at 8:30 AM it was closed at the drive through. Originally I posted a 1 star review due to this. HOWEVER, the banks marketing tread noticed my review within less than an hour and notified the branch manager. He was thoughtful enough to actually pick up the phone and call me to explain that they had some equipment failure and to apologize for the inconvenience. This changed the opinion of my experience tremendously. I am editing my review to 4 stars due to the branch managers call. You just don’t see that sort of thing anymore. Not that it made my experience less frustrating but the call changed the negative attitude I had due to the experience. Not editing my review after he called would be unfair.

wait time on the phone is horrible. you could easily wait for an hour to get a bank rep on the phone to help you 5 minutes. Extremely lack of phone customer support.
