I love having a local bank to go to. I have never been a part of a credit union before, TruStone - Roseville makes me thankful that I wound up with them. I am always greeted upon entry and the staff has made an effort to get to know me. I have refinanced my car through them, opened a CD for my daughter, and savings account for all of the money we raise for dance outings. I have an online bank that has always made cash difficult. Now I don't have to give someone the money and have them Venmo me. I am able to go to MY bank and deposit the money directly. Corbin has been extremely helpful in guiding me to the correct accounts to get the best fit based on what I am looking for. I truly appreciate the whole staff and how welcoming and accommodating they are every time I come in.

Was going through the process of buying a home with them and it was the worst experience ever. The lady we were working with kept saying she’s going to finish our paperwork and never got to it every two weeks I called her. And the last excuse I got was oh she’d been super busy. If you was doing your job then you would be busy. Three months went by and nothing! Never again….

Nicest staff, but so inconvenient with there being no ATM's for this bank anywhere, not to mention they got rid of the outdoor ATM in uptown Minneapolis, and the other ATM at that location and Roseville are always out of service. So inconvenient and rude and irresponsible!!!! Edit/ apology: I was not aware of all the additional ATM's that you can use. looks like the majority of credit unions work-- Hopefully for deposit as well? If deposit option is available at that particular ATM?

Wow. I walked in and this place took care of me right away. Tue at the front was very helpful and then Shelia C. got me set up right away with starting a new account. The best part was how smooth it went. My old bank charges $35 For overdraft fees . Trustone charges $30. Also for bigger mutual fund checks you have to wait 6 business days----- here its 5 business days. Great experience for me. The atmosphere is positive here.

I don’t know why I bank here the customer service Is HORRIBLE they don’t know how to speak to people at all there was 1 person in the drive thru at 9am and that was me and the teller is saying she has 2 people in front of me (where they at??) they come off as lazy and just not knowing what there doing. I really want to give a 0 star overall to Trustone and there just BAD all around. Every time I come to this location the experience is always bad I always leave saying to myself why do I bank with people that don’t appreciate my business?? To the person reading this tell your tellers just put my money in the bank send out a receipt and that’s it!!no need for small talk and be quick about it!!

Twice in the last week and a half, the ATM was out of cash. I work overnights, I can't go inside at 5:30am and I shouldn't have to pay $4 to get cash elsewhere because my credit union didn't stock its ATM.

TruStone has given me the best products and the best rates I’ve ever had. I currently have 2 auto loans, 2 credit cards, a checking, and investment savings accounts with them. The reason for only 4 stars is that they really could use some help streamlining their process. It took over a week for underwriting to approve my application for their black card. It took 3 days for underwriting to approve my IRA. Both those are things that can be opened in literally minutes with big banks.

I had switched from my old bank to this bank because it was close to my house and the employees there are nice and they would answer the question you ask. I haven't had no problem with it so far. I say it's a great bank. If I need to withdraw my money from the ATM. I can just easily walk 2 minutes which is great.
