Warning. Please do not waste your time, energy or money with this company. The process of trying to refinance took too long without an acceptable outcome. It was dragged out unnecessarily by a bunch of meaningless words and by their unprofessional appraiser who is not thorough or prompt with their work. We started the process in March and it’s the end of May. Ridiculous to say the least. Thankful we are moving forward with another company. Had to give at least one star to write a review but don’t believe it’s well deserved.
